The Omega trembled in front of me, her eyes avoiding mine from both fear and guilt. She bared her neck.
My fingers twitched to rip her throat out, but I knew deep down she wasn't the mastermind of this charade.
"Tell me who is behind this, and I'll let you go," I mindlinked her.
Normally, an Alpha cannot mindlink an outsider under another Alpha's protection. But I am Lycan, and all werewolves answer to me.
She whimpered and didn't say anything.
"Do you want me to cut off your limbs before you start talking?" I growled.
Maddie noticed we were not talking, so she walked closer and yanked the Omega up. "Why did you poison my sister?" She grabbed her neck, strangling the life out of her.
