Chapter 2 - It Seems I Have To Rebel

Some of the forces were conquered by Felipe.

After faking his death, Felipe didn't fade into obscurity.

Through ruthless tactics, killing, seizing treasures, and accumulating wealth, Felipe built a powerful underground force. Recently, sorcerers and local landlords had been found dead under suspicious circumstances, and all signs pointed to him.

But this Felipe's IQ is really worrying. He uses the Hartmann family technique to kill and doesn't even the body to remove the traces.

This has caused Luis to receive a lot of Black Pots.

Fortunately, Luis has an alibi most of the time, otherwise the trouble would be endless.

In short, although the two major forces bring a few Force points, but dripping water wears away the stone, and persistence is the key.

As time goes by, Luis can continue to become stronger without working hard.

But the greater the power, the more points he has. If the points are rich enough to add to the limit, can he become an god?

He wants to become an immortal, he wants to improve too much.

He is very anxious. After all, he is already 25 years old. If he can live to be 100 years old, he only has 75 years left!

He really wants to live another 1000 years!

"It seems that I can only rebel and become the emperor. After all, the emperor has the greatest power. The endless Force points can really make me add points and make great progress!"

Luis decided that he would rebel and become the emperor!

Just as he was gradually making up his mind, he suddenly heard the sweet and soft voice coming from outside: "Master, it's time to eat..."

Luis got up and walked outside. In the corridor outside the house, there were three pretty maids standing.

The maids of Luis Family are extraordinary.

Sylvie and Marion are sisters who were brought back by Felipe, and were trained as a sorcerer since childhood. They were specially allocated to a mansion to live in.

Elara also has her own mansion, where she plays the piano, paints, and sings on weekdays. Her treatment is comparable to other two.

With such generous treatment, it is not difficult to understand why they are loyal to the Hartmann family.

They are infatuated with Luis. Even if Luis goes crazy at the end of the story, they will never leave him and will share weal and woe.

But this is also the malice of the world and author. Luis was a badly pitted character starting high and ending low.

It can only be said that Luis was inevitably turned into a clown because he was an enemy of cheating players and the world was extremely malicious towards his cousin-Lily.

But now Luis has been reborn and has a system, so he is not much worried.

The protagonist wanted to be a priest, he just wants to learn sacred teachings, so we must respect his personal pursuit. Never let him take the path of becoming a sorcerer.

Let the protagonist study in temple well, Luis learn the magic skills, and marry a beautiful and rich woman, so that everyone can have a bright future.

Luis felt that he could carry this heavy burden.

Beauty, kingdom, and magic skills, he wanted them all! He wanted to grab them with all three hands, and they had to be strong!

"Marion, you are getting more and more beautiful!" Luis looked at Sylvie's white and clean face and smiled gently.

"Sir, I am Sylvie!" Sylvie said coquettishly.

"Oh! I am mistaken." Luis laughed, "Sylvie and Marion each have their own merits, and they are both the face of our Hartmann family!"

The two maids were shy, but not annoyed.

It was because Luis was their master, and Luis was really handsome, graceful, and extraordinary. They had already fallen in love with him.

They began to notice a change in Luis. It was subtle, but welcome. The young master no longer looked like a bamboo rat weighed down by sorrow. He seemed lighter, more at ease, and even a little joyful.

His lifestyle reflected that quiet shift.

Luis did not chase after luxury. He owned only eight sets of clothes, two for each season. His meals were modest, made up of ten simple dishes and one bowl of soup. Just enough to live well, without excess.

The Hartmann family was undeniably wealthy, but their ambitions came at a steep cost—building weapons, bribing officials, cultivating influence, and maintaining an army of servants and thugs drained their coffers relentlessly.

Luis was a boss in name, but the title was little more than an empty shell. Every morning, he awoke to the crushing weight of responsibility: feeding, housing, and managing hundreds of lives. It wasn't easy.

After lunch, Luis turned his thoughts to his grand plan restoring the fallen nation. To him, every problem in the world boiled down to economics. Rebellion, like eating and drinking, required money.

Yet his current financial state was far from reassuring.

Earn more, spend more. Rebellion was a bottomless pit, devouring even mountains of gold and silver without hesitation.

'Then I'll just have to make more money.'

Developing productivity and building a business? A solid long-term strategy, certainly.

But if he wanted wealth fast, he'd have to target the source of all riches: people.

Wealth was created by people, after all, and the quickest way to amass it was to take it.

But Luis had no interest in squeezing the poor. His sights were set on the rich.

Who was Rich?

In a flash of inspiration, Luis remembered someone who could easily be called the wealthiest woman in the entire Azure Kingdom, Liana Whitmore.

And she just so happened to be his aunt.

But Liana was no ordinary rich woman.

Her mother was Seraphina Whitmore, the Queen Mother of a Duchy Of Ashkarin. Her father was Magnus, the leader of Serene Vale, a place whispered to have ties to immortality.

Her younger brother was Gareth Ashkarin, the Duke of Ashkarin. And her former lover? Adrian Langford, a high-ranking noble of Duchy Of Valor.
