For Now, we head to Pallet Town, located within the Kanto region which holds the honour of housing the world-renowned Professor Oak's laboratory.
Inside Professor Oak's lab, we see a small gathering of people, Professor Oak himself, his grandson Gary Oak, Tracey, Brock, Misty all of which being Ash's friends, and travelling companion through his adventures in Kanto and The orange islands, Ash Ketchum himself, along with his mother, Delia Ketchum.
The reason for the small gathering was that Professor Oak decided to hold a small get-together and party for Ash's most recent accomplishment: Becoming the Orange Islands Champion, it still was a very handy accomplishment.
"So, Ash," Professor Oak started, finally speaking up for the first time once the pleasantries had been settled, and everyone had settled down. "What does it feel like being crowned victor of the Orange Islands?" He questioned the young trainer who had already made him so proud.
Ash blinked, before quickly swallowing the mouthful of cake that he had shovelled into his mouth as soon as he got the opportunity. "It feels a bit weird…" Ash admitted, before feeling the weight of Pikachu settle on his shoulder. "It feels like I'm still dreaming about that… it's just a shame it isn't an official league…" he murmured at the end.
"Ah c'mon Ash, even if it's not an official league, it is still a wonderful achievement," Misty spoke out quickly, flashing a slight smile towards her secret crush.
Brock grunted, nodding his head at Misty's words. "Indeed, not many people can say they are the Orange Islands Champion, Ash,"
"Pheh!" Gary exclaimed, gazing towards Ash with a hint of jealousy, yet also a hint of pride which he himself couldn't understand. "Just wait, maybe I'll challenge you for that title after a bit of revenge for beating me in the Indigo League!"
Instead of backing down from said challenge, Ash suddenly had a determined glint in his eyes, before looking over his shoulder to face Gary who was leaning against the wall with his arms crossed and a smug smirk upon his face and he proudly declared. "Anytime, anywhere!"
"Pika! Pika!"
Hearing the enthusiasm from Ash, Gary himself got excited and took one of his pokeball from his belt "That's what I wanted to hear"
"Hear they go again" Misty said in an exasperated tone but had a smile on her face nonetheless.
For Delia, she couldn't help but have a maternal smile as the nostalgia washed over her as she gazed at her little boy who has grown so much from the time he left to become a pokemon trainer. She sniffled lightly and wiped her index finger beneath her eyes.
They grow up so fast~
However,Just as Ash and Gary were about to call forth their match a bright light enveloped their vision and they could hear the cries and exclamations of surprise coming from everyone around them.
And just as Ash opened his eyes what he saw surprised him to no end
"wh-!!"
Many big 150 inch screens had appeared in big cities, Pokemon centers, houses and stadiums. All the tv screen in the regions had also gone blank as well leaving people worried as the screens were everywhere where humans and pokemon inhabited leaving everyone worried and scared and the high authorities on alert
And there was an instant state of panic all around the world.
The International Police, Regional champions and the elite four were dealing with the matter suspecting it to be a sort of an attack but they didn't know what was causing it or how was this happening
But as the strongest trainers of the region they had the responsibility to calm the situation and so news was being spread with the help of flying pokemon as the screens were useless now
The news warned people to not to panic and stay where they are so as to not create an utter state of chaos. Many kids were scared and were hiding behind their mothers as for the fathers… yeah… i think you get it
All the gym leaders quickly took action same for the Pokemon centers as they all quickly started providing shelter for the people alone and decided to stick together
And moreover if People went to places where screens or televisions were not available then a small 30 inch screen followed them everywhere… yeah everywhere which creeped out many people especially the girls, who tried to throw things at the screen but it went through them unfazed just like how all our attempts of getting a girl usually go…
[Kanto-Johto High Command]
"Got to know anything about what is going on here?" Lance asked only to get a shake of head from everyone else suggesting a no
"Damn it! I just hope that all the people are safe and sound– Got any information from the other regions?" Lance inquired Charles goodshow
"From what i have inquired this has been happening all around the world and all of them are equally confused on what's going on, I have planned a conference call for all of the officials to discuss the ongoing matter"
Lance nodded at the info and continued looking outside at the screens
SIMILAR RESULTS TOOK PLACE AT ALL THE OTHER HIGH COMMANDS WHERE NO MORE INFORMATION CAUSED A GROWING CONCERN AND WORRY AMONG THE CHAMPIONS AND THEIR ELITE
[Petalburg City, Hoenn]
The Maple family consisting of May, Max, their Mom Caroline and Dad Norman
"Dad, what is that?" Max asked with a curious glint in his eyes
"Well, looks like a screen" came may's response
Which caused a tick mark to appear on Max's forehead although he let it go due to the weird situation they were in
"I don't know Max.. but whatever this is, I will make sure it doesn't harm any of us." Norman stated as all his pokemon surrounded them in order to deflect any harm there way
"It doesn't help the fact that the same thing is towering over Petalburg city.." Caroline said while looking outside in worry
In Veilstone City-
We see two brothers looking at the screen as one had a serious expression on his face while the other one was looking at it with a frown. This was Paul, with his big brother Reggie as they both were looking at the screen while sitting on the couch
Paul was eyeing the screen meanwhile reggie was worried on what was going on
In Twinleaf Town- Sinnoh
We see a mother daughter duo looking at the screen with somewhat mixed reactions
"What is this? I was watching my favourite show when the Television screen went blank and this giant screen appeared all of a sudden.." Dawn was quite mad on what was going on but was also worried too
"I don't know dear but whatever this is.. I hope it isn't a problem. It seems that this screen is everywhere too…" Johana just hoped everything was alright
In Vanivelle Town- Kalos
We see another Mother-Daughter duo who were looking at the giant screen which scared Serena while Grace calmed her daughter… man where is the father??... oh…
"How did that screen appear out of nowhere.." Serena tried to find an answer from her mother who just like her didn't know what was going on
"I don't know dear but.. what I do know is that we are not the only ones facing this problem…"
In ALOLA
All the kahuna's were trying their best to calm down the public who had gathered around the major points of the islands to stay down and dont make a chaos
Melemele Island
Kiawe wanted to rush towards his home as soon as possible as his was worried sick for his family and his little sister
The same thought was being shared by a white haired boy– Gladion who was on his way to see if his sister was alright
Though kiawe was stopped by kukui and was told to wait until the matter on hand was solved and as the big brother figure of his class he obliged to decide to look after his class.
The same reaction was being recorded throughout all the major side characters' houses but the author doesnt wanna waste your time showing everyone's same old rxn so let's just fast forward!!(or the author just got kinda lazy)

All of them people present were shocked at what they were seeing
Ash: ohh what is that ?!?
To which nobody had an exact answer and so decided to just stare when the screens lit up and all they could see was—
A very large, and advanced looking, absolutely stunning stadium that belayed the abilities of modern architectures and building techniques was shown, filled with thousands upon thousands of cheering people, both trainers and regular, everyday people, and even in the Media section, it was nearly filled to the brim with reporters, all with various sorts of Pokemon from across the regions filling their sections.
If what they were seeing didn't already amaze them the next line totally caught them off guard
