Hearing this, Gion couldn't help but chuckle.
Recalling the time when Orion had just launched a coup to become the Fleet Admiral, he had sealed Conqueror's Haki at the top of the Headquarters building, sending the members of the God's Knights who tried to enter Marineford via the teleportation array flying back to Mary Geoise.
Although she hadn't seen what happened in the Flower Room, she could imagine Imu reaction when she try to open the box.
"Let's go, to Wano Country!"
Without further delay, Orion turned and entered the elevator.
Seeing this, Gion quickly followed into the elevator, standing beside Orion.
"Actually, there's no need for you to personally go to Wano Country. With Admiral Akainu stationed there, there won't be any trouble!"
Orion shook his head "I'm not worried about trouble there. I just want to see where one of the three Ancient Weapons, Pluton is hidden."
"Understood."
Gion nodded, intrigued by Orion's sudden mention of Pluton, one of the three Ancient Weapons.
Since there was no rush, after leaving the Holy Land, Orion boarded a warship sent by the G-1 Branch and first went to the G-5 Branch, then made a stop at Whole Cake Island.
The construction of the Whole Cake Island Marine Base was in full swing.
The members of the Charlotte Family had been gathered on Whole Cake Island and were all participating in the base's construction.
Meanwhile, the Aokiji Army stationed in Totto Land, had taken over the administration of the thirty-plus islands in the region.
Under the management of the Aokiji Army, the order and security of these islands had improved significantly.
The unemployed troublemakers who once roamed the cities of these islands were all sent to construction sites to participate in the building efforts.
Due to the various policies implemented by the Marine that benefited the lower-class citizens, many residents who had initially been wary of the Marine's presence gradually relaxed.
Eventually, upon hearing that they could earn decent wages by participating in the construction of the Marine base, they eagerly signed up and headed to Whole Cake Island to join the effort.
The Charlotte Family members gathered on Whole Cake Island also caused no major disturbances.
Although there were some minor incidents, they were all kept under control thanks to Katakuri, the most respected brother in the Charlotte Family, who maintained order.
"Everything is moving in a positive direction!"
Standing at the bow of the warship leaving Whole Cake Island, Orion looked back at the rapidly rising buildings on the island and said with great satisfaction.
"Once Wano Country stabilizes, it will be time to start recruiting!"
"As our territory continues to expand in the future, we'll need Marine personnel stationed everywhere to maintain order. The current number of Marine officers and soldiers is far from enough."
Gion, standing quietly beside Orion, smiled and agreed "Indeed, just maintaining order across the thirty-plus islands in Totto Land requires a significant number of stationed troops. Moreover, we'll need at least one Vice Admiral to oversee the Whole Cake Island base to free up Admiral Kuzan!"

Meanwhile, in Wano Country.
At the temporary Marine base, which had been converted from a brothel owned by Denjiro, Akainu sat at his desk a cigarette dangling from his mouth as he tirelessly sifted through the mountain of documents piled before him.
On the sofa in the office, Mihawk lounged comfortably leisurely reading a newspaper and sipping red wine, thoroughly enjoying himself.
Crocodile, on the other hand, occasionally glanced at Akainu, clearly intrigued by the towering stack of documents on the desk.
The two of them, Denjiro and Ashura Doji, sat side by side.
One casually sipped wine while the other sat upright with his eyes closed, meditating.
It wasn't that they wanted to be in the office watching Sakazuki work, but Sakazuki had issued a strict order: they had to remain in this temporary Marine base.
If they left without permission, the Marine would immediately execute all the retainers of the Kozuki family and the ronin samurai who followed them.
Under the overwhelming force of absolute power, even if they were unwilling, they had no choice but to comply.
"Utterly unforgivable!"
Suddenly, Sakazuki slammed the documents in his hand onto the table and stood up with a grim expression, glaring at Mihawk, who was leisurely reading a newspaper.
"Hawk-Eye, are you sure you killed Kurozumi Orochi?"
"What? Did you see something that made you angry again?" Mihawk looked up, meeting Sakazuki's piercing gaze and replied calmly.
"If you feel that simply killing Kurozumi Orochi wasn't satisfying enough, have the Marine soldiers dig up his corpse and kill him a few more times!"
"What corpse?" Crocodile chimed in, reminding them.
"When you cut off his eight heads, his body was drained of moisture by the desert and turned into a mummy. Then Morgan burned it to ashes!"
Hearing that Kurozumi Orochi was as dead as could be, Sakazuki who was holding a cigarette between his lips, twitched the corner of his mouth slightly before sitting back down.
Seeing this, Crocodile suddenly stood up and walked over to the desk, tentatively suggesting.
"Sakazuki, hand these documents over to me. I'll finish reading and organizing them in two hours at most!"
"Huh?" Sakazuki looked up at Crocodile.
"Crocodile, you're up to no good, aren't you? Don't think I don't know what you're scheming!"
Before Crocodile could respond, Sakazuki suddenly changed his tone.
"But I'll give you the benefit of the doubt. You've got two hours. I want to see the organized documents by then!"
With that, Sakazuki stood up again, grabbed the cigarette box on the desk and left.
Crocodile didn't waste any time either.
He sat down at the desk, picked up a document and glanced around, feeling inexplicably pleased.
However, he was soon drawn into the events recorded in the documents about what had happened in Wano Country over the years.
As he read about how Wano had gradually declined under Kurozumi Orochi rule and the various outrageous laws he had enacted after becoming the shogun, even Crocodile who had once been a notorious pirate, couldn't help but frown.
Compared to Kurozumi Orochi's actions in Wano over the years, he felt that he had been relatively benevolent during his time as a pirate.
"What a tyrant, He deserves to be killed a hundred times over!"
After finishing the document, Crocodile was almost certain that he had been a good person in the past.
He even felt a sense of accomplishment, as if killing Kurozumi Orochi had been an act of justice.
Buru Buru—
Just then, the Den Den Mushi on the desk rang.
A slightly urgent voice came through.
"Admiral Sakazuki, there's a riot in the Flower Capital!"
Upon hearing this, Crocodile immediately looked up at Sakazuki, who was standing at the office door smoking a cigar.
Sakazuki didn't turn around, merely glancing back at Crocodile.
Seeing this, Crocodile completely let loose and decisively spoke up.
"Crocodile here, in place of Admiral Sakazuki. Report directly to me if there's anything!"
"Yes, sir!"
The officer on the other end of the Den Den Mushi didn't dare to delay and immediately reported.
"Ten minutes ago, a large number of civilians suddenly took to the streets to protest against the Marines maintaining order in the Flower Capital. As more and more people joined in, the situation gradually spiraled out of control. The protesting crowd even began chanting slogans demanding that the Marines return governance to the Kozuki family!"
As soon as these words were spoken, Denjiro and Ashura Doji who had been resting with their eyes closed, suddenly opened their eyes wide and turned their gazes toward Crocodile, whose expression had already darkened.
At the same time, Crocodile also turned his head to look at the two of them.
Without waiting for their reaction, a bloodthirsty grin flashed across Crocodile's lips as he decisively ordered.
"Send Morgan with troops to reinforce the area!"
"If they resist, execute them on the spot—regardless of their gender!"
