Not long after Philip Allen left, the door to the private room was pushed open, and Marvin Mitchell walked in.
Since today's meeting was with Philip, and considering all the things happening behind the scenes, Marvin was concerned about Martin Riley's safety. So, he stayed nearby and only entered after Philip had left.
"How did it go? Did he admit to it?" Marvin asked, sitting across from Martin, his voice tinged with worry.
"The evidence was undeniable, so he had to admit it. But..." Martin paused, recalling Philip's earlier words, and frowned instinctively.
"What is it? Is Philip still planning to go after the Riley Family? Why?" Marvin wasn't fully aware of all the details, so he couldn't guess Philip's motives.
However, Martin knew very well that Philip's actions were all for avenging Crystal Foster.
Thinking about this made Martin's expression even more grim. Seeing his look, Marvin suddenly realized something.
"Could it be that Philip is doing this for Crystal?"
