"What are you looking at?"
Harry was extremely uncomfortable with the gazes around him. He had always admired Damon's tolerance for such things. He still remembered that he had been criticized for his Parseltongue a few months ago. He really didn't want to experience that uncomfortable feeling again. But no matter good or bad, Damon always seemed to ignore it.
Is there nothing he cares about?
"Me? Look, this is what the girl gave me yesterday."
Damon unfolded the thin booklet in his hand and showed it to Harry. It was full of handwritten names.
[Our Children]
Mist White, Lance White, Ah Chebel White, Lee Gray
White , Sinfrey White, Meris White.
Faced with the dense, almost suffocating list of names, he didn't react at first.
"Why are there so many names here?"
But just as he asked, he suddenly connected everything, his eyes widening. "Are these all the names she's thinking of for your future children?"
"Yeah, I feel like I'm being sexually harassed."
Damon smiled and mysteriously held out a piece of chocolate. "Do you want some chocolate, Harry?"
"No, I don't, thank you."
He remembered that chocolate had been among the gifts the girls had given him yesterday. Normally, he'd be happy to eat chocolate, but now...
"What? Chocolate? Why only for Harry, man? You're not nice."
Ron had just sat down when he saw Damon feeding Harry. When Harry said he didn't want any, he let out a loud "Wow!" and bit off most of the chocolate Damon had already opened.
"Ron!" Harry exclaimed worriedly.
"What, man? It's just a piece of chocolate, and you're so stingy?"
Ron, delighted by Harry's exclamation, sat down on Damon's other side, chewing contentedly and muttering to himself, "Damon, why do you have the habit of eating chocolate in broad daylight? It's not good, it affects your appetite!!!!!"
Ron suddenly made a meaningless noise.
His hands suddenly loosened their grip, drooping in their places. Harry saw his expression become vacant, and couldn't help but ask Damon,
"What's in this chocolate?"
"Some little magic of love," Damon smiled at him, looking very 'harmless.' "This chocolate should make the eater "taste" the romantic scene imagined by the giver."
"Gulp," Harry swallowed, looking at Ron, whose eyes were lifeless.
"Ron, are you...are you okay?"
Ron turned his head away in a daze, drooling at the corner of his mouth.
"I-I felt like I was just assaulted."
"How does it feel, man? Is the chocolate good?"
Ron looked from Damon to Harry, but ultimately said nothing. He just sat there stupidly, not even eating breakfast.
"Oh, poor little Ronnie, didn't you see the Weasley label on the chocolate?"
"Of course he didn't see it. After all, our little Ronnie is a bit of a jerk."
The Weasley twins suddenly appeared behind Ron and put their arms around his shoulders.
Ron screamed and was about to stand up when they pushed him down.
"Damn it! Did you make this chocolate?"
"Not make—"
"—invent."
"To be exact, its full name is Love Magic Chocolate—"
"—Remember, don't get it wrong next time."
Ron felt like he was going crazy.
Meanwhile, Damon was encouraging the twins:
"This product is pretty good. It only enhances the brain, but doesn't harm the body. Hahahahaha."
"It's our honor to satisfy you—"
"—Respected Boss."
The two bowed respectfully to Damon and quickly departed. Because of Damon's presence, the love chocolates alone had made them a fortune.
"Like an idiot,"
Hermione said, looking at the dejected Ron.
"Wouldn't this magic chocolate have side effects? If someone suddenly had an intimate experience with someone, wouldn't that affect their judgment of them? Wouldn't that be like a love potion?"
"Don't worry, the twins said it felt more like a dream—you all know those dream experiences, right? You wouldn't fall in love with someone just because of a dream."
"Yes, yes,"
Hermione's voice suddenly trailed off, lowering her head, not daring to look at Damon.
Harry felt a little strange and asked with concern,
"Hermione, are you feeling unwell?"
"No!"
Hermione suddenly raised her head and looked at him with a fierce expression.
Harry felt a little wronged—I was just trying to show my concern, so why were you so fierce?
But when he dreamed of Qiu Zhang that night and saw him again the next day, he realized how foolish he had been.
"What were you talking about?"
Qiu Zhang naturally sat down next to Harry and joined in the conversation—and Harry's mouth immediately curled up.
"We were talking about magic chocolate—someone gave Damon chocolate that makes people dream of love,"
Harry recounted the events to Cho Zhang as concisely as possible.
"Oh my god. Are you okay?"
Ron thought Cho Zhang was asking him, and just as he looked up to reply, he realized he was looking at Damon.
In a corner, unnoticed, he shook his shoulders, only to hear his sister Ginny's voice beside him.
"Ron, what are you doing? I heard you screaming from so far away. This is really embarrassing."
Ron's face flushed.
"I'm your brother, how can you say I'm embarrassing? Mum told me to look after you at school!"
"Thanks for your kindness, but I don't think I need it—maybe you look like you need it more?"
Ron wanted to say something else, but ultimately gave up.
He felt that if he continued arguing, he would be the only one to be embarrassed.
Whatever, no one here cared about him anyway.
A wave of grief and indignation surged in his heart, and amid the constant chatter, Ron buried his head in his food!
But not long after eating, he was drawn to movement in the corner of the Great Hall. A group of students were using their wands to cast spells around the Great Hall. Flowers were constantly "generating" out of thin air, presumably transported from elsewhere. Soon, through their collective efforts, the entire Great Hall was surrounded by flowers.
Then came the ceiling.
He saw Professor Flitwick rise from his seat, waving his wand and dancing at the ceiling.
As the students looked up and exclaimed in surprise, the Great Hall's ceiling was transformed into a design never before seen. Previously, the style had been chosen from among the four house styles, and the winner of the House Cup would typically maintain their house theme for the entire semester, except for the occasional special holiday—but Valentine's Day was never
one of them. "Even the professors are getting caught up in the festive mood? It's just Valentine
's Day!"
Ron muttered, but Ginny warned him—his expression becoming even more dejected.
Meeting Harry's gaze, he gave a helpless smile.
As for Damon—he knew without even looking that Damon would laugh at all this—but he knew Damon wouldn't laugh at him.
So, he no longer cared about these matters of face or not.
"Are you okay?"
a somew
hat disembodied voice sounded.
Ron turned his head and found that Luna, whom he had a hard time dealing with, was looking at him curiously.
I really need your support for cover my semester fee!!
