The Stubborn Romance:
Richer listened to the poetry and, with a faint smile, opened the door.
As the door swung open, Ramish was standing there, his lips curved in a tender smile—like his heart was overflowing with the feeling of love itself.
Richer nodded, giving him permission to come inside. Ramish stepped into the room, still smiling.
In a gentle voice, Richer said:
"Ramish… it's getting late. We should sleep now."
Ramish replied with a playful smile:
"Richer, what's the rush to sleep?"
Richer sighed in a tired tone:
"I told you already… I'm exhausted after the concert."
Ramish teased:
"You can't be more tired than me. I've been wandering around Global Village with my friends the whole day—my legs are still aching."
Richer chuckled softly:
"Exactly. That's why I'm saying we should sleep, so we're fresh for tomorrow."
Ramish gazed at him deeply, his voice low and sincere:
"Richer… after all these years, I've finally found you. My heart doesn't want to sleep. I just want to spend the whole night looking at you, talking to you."
Richer smiled lovingly:
"I'm right here. We'll talk when the morning comes."
Ramish whispered:
"Richer, being with you feels like the most beautiful dream. And I'm afraid… if I fall asleep, I might wake up and this dream will vanish."
At this, Richer pinched Ramish's arm playfully.
Ramish laughed:
"What are you doing?"
Richer smirked:
"Making you believe this isn't a dream—it's real."
Ramish immediately pulled him into his arms, holding him close:
"I want this reality to last forever."
Richer nodded with a smile, then whispered:
"Ramish… let me go now, so we can sleep."
But Ramish, like a stubborn child, replied softly:
"My heart doesn't want to let you go. Just stay in my arms all night."
Richer laughed:
"Come on, Ramish. Let me go."
Ramish's eyes sparkled with mischief:
"I will… but first, I want something."
Richer raised a brow:
"What do you want?"
Ramish grinned:
"A kiss."
Richer chuckled, shaking his head:
"Ramish, How many kisses have you already had? My lips will end up swollen at this rate."
Ramish leaned closer, his tone soft:
"Not me… this time, you give the kiss."
He tilted his face, bringing his cheek close to Richer.
Blushing, Richer whispered:
"Ramish…"
But Ramish only smiled, nudging his cheek closer.
Finally, hesitating, Richer leaned in and pressed a shy kiss on Ramish's cheek.
Immediately, Ramish turned his other cheek toward him:
"Now this one too."
Richer laughed, shaking his head, but Ramish's playful insistence left him no choice. With a smile, Richer kissed the other cheek as well.
"Now will you let me go?" he teased.
Ramish looked into his eyes, moving closer, their breaths mingling. He lowered his gaze to Richer's lips and, with just a glance, whispered without words:
"Now… kiss me here too."
Richer shook his head with a mischievous sparkle in his eyes.
Ramish's gaze urged him again—yes.
At last, Richer kiss on Ramish his lips softly, only for a fleeting moment, before quickly pulling away.
"Now let me go, please," he said breathlessly.
Ramish chuckled:
"My heart doesn't want to… but for such a precious reward, I suppose I can."
With that, he slowly loosened his embrace, letting Richer free.
Richer let out a soft laugh and said,
"Ramish, I never knew you were this romantic… and stubborn like a child as well."
Ramish replied playfully,
"Richer, I never really got the chance to shower my love upon you. Yes, whatever little chance I had, I could only express my feelings in words."
Richer looked into his eyes gently and said with a smile,
"Well, now you have the chance. But remember… love becomes truly beautiful when it comes from the heart, not from stubbornness.
So listen… these two weeks, you have full permission to pour your love upon me. Like I told you, I want us to make every moment memorable. I too have some wishes in my heart… if you want, I'll share them with you, and together we can fulfill them. I want to take advantage this miracle of love completely."
Ramish folded his arms across his chest in a playful manner and said,
"Oh really? And what kind of 'benefit' are you planning to take, Richer?"
Richer couldn't help but laugh at Ramish's mischievous tone and replied,
"There is no intention to take any such advantage right now.. And don't even you dare think like that."
Ramish chuckled and said warmly,
"Alright then… as you wish."
Richer leaned back against the bed, his voice carrying a hint of exhaustion.
"I'm going to sleep now… you can stay awake if you like."
Ramish smiled softly and replied,
"Alright, I know you're really tired and need to rest."
Saying this, he too came to the other side of the bed and leaned back against the headboard.
Richer gazed at him intently, then quietly picked up a few pillows and placed them down the middle, making a dividing line between them.
Ramish couldn't help but laugh.
"Richer, don't be afraid… I'm not going to do anything."
Richer immediately pressed a finger to his lips, silencing him.
"I told you, don't even think about such things."
Ramish raised both hands in mock surrender.
"I'm not thinking of anything… but I don't know why it feels like something is going on in your mind."
Hearing this, Richer quickly turned away, lay down, and pulled the blanket all the way over himself.
Ramish spoke with a hint of complaint,
"Richer, what's this? You don't want to fall asleep in my arms? I'd love nothing more than to hold you while you sleep."
From beneath the blanket, Richer peeked out with a faint smile.
"Ramish, just go to sleep. In the morning we have to go to the market, buy you some clothes, and get a few things for the trip."
Ramish teased,
"What's the need for new clothes? Just give me yours. I'll wear them… I want your fragrance to stay with me."
Hearing that, Richer immediately switched off the light.
"Good night, Ramish."
In the darkness, Ramish whispered softly:
"This isn't fair… first you built a wall of pillows between us, and now you've turned off the light."
Richer Said,Good Night, Ramish
Ramish Repled Him with Sad smile, Good Night and sweet dream, Richer.
Then, addressing Richer, Ramish recited:
He does love me, yet he refuses to confess his desire.
He wants to keep me in his heart, yet won't open its heart door.
He wants to forget my memories, but he doesn't want to separate me.
He wants to solve my confusion, but he doesn't want to get confused himself."
