Like… when I died. And when her brothers lost everything, those pages were stained with tears.
I still couldn't make sense of any of it. At this point, I just didn't know if I should believe it or not.
So, I waited for Sera to wake up, thinking to get an explanation when she'd open her eyes.
But she didn't wake up even on the second day.
And that was the same day Asher called, telling me he wanted to meet at the Lancaster mansion.
I didn't want to go. God, I hated that place, and now that I have read such things in the diary related to Asher, I didn't wish to see his face, let alone go to that place!
But I knew how much Sera still gave a damn about them even when they never deserved it.
So I went straight into the hell Sera crawled out of.
When I got there, the whole mansion was a mess. People running around like they didn't know what the hell they were doing.
But what I didn't expect was Lia to be present there as well. She was at my cousin's home when I left.
