Celine grinned, "Go ahead, but I'm touching yours too."
The other girls chimed in, "Let's all join in!"
In an instant, the four girls began roughhousing on the bed.
Celine, completely naked, found herself under siege from Norna and the other two—but she fought back fiercely, targeting their chests in retaliation.
After a long bout of playful fighting, they finally settled down.
As Celine dressed, she suddenly remembered something crucial. "Oh my gods! I slept naked with Roger last night—he didn't do anything to me, did he?"
Norna replied, "Roger was so drunk last night he could barely walk. There's no way he could've taken advantage of you."
"Let's hope not," Celine sighed in relief.
Norna smirked mischievously. "What a shame. You were already stripped bare, yet you didn't end up in bed with him."
Celine pouted playfully. "I won't deny that Roger is impressive, but he's not impressive enough for me to sleep with him."
These noble girls had exceedingly high standards—ordinary men didn't even catch their eye.
If not for Roger's skill in crafting Erotic Magic Lingerie and his considerable personal charm, he wouldn't have had the privilege of associating with nobles like them.
A few minutes later, Norna finished dressing and lined up with the others to wash up and freshen their appearances.
With no cosmetics available, they could only wash their faces, comb their hair, and then head downstairs together.
Just then, a female customer walked into the shop.
"Welcome," Roger greeted her, though he couldn't shake the feeling that he'd seen her somewhere before.
In truth, the customer was Annie.
Compared to Norna and the others, Annie had a more striking, cold beauty—high cheekbones, large eyes, and a tall, slender figure with mature curves.
Though only seventeen, her chest was so well-developed it nearly strained against her clothes.
Annie was around the same age as Norna and Celine, and they had been friends since childhood.
Roger didn't recognize Annie, but Norna and the others knew her at a glance.
Running into each other at Roger's shop this early in the morning was, in Norna's eyes, unavoidably awkward—it could easily lead to misunderstandings.
But Annie had already spotted them, making escape impossible.
"What are you all doing here?" Annie asked in surprise.
Flustered, Norna quickly explained, "We—we just got here! We're here to commission clothes from Roger."
Annie smiled faintly. "What a coincidence. So am I."
Though she said that, she didn't believe Norna's words for a second.
She could tell at a glance—there was no way Norna and the others would come here first thing in the morning without any makeup on.
They had most likely spent the night here.
Spending the night at a tailor's house… she couldn't fathom what they were thinking.
"You know each other?" Roger asked curiously.
Norna said, "Of course we do. This is Annie."
Roger suddenly understood. "Oh! No wonder you looked familiar. Miss Annie, hello! Hello!"
Annie nodded politely. "Yes, hello."
As for Annie's reason for visiting, Roger didn't even need to ask—he could already guess.
Most likely, Norna had recommended him to Annie, and now she wanted a set of Erotic Magic Lingerie for herself, hence her visit to place an order.
It wasn't just Annie—Norna's three friends had already greeted Roger yesterday.
Following his principles, and after spending an evening with them, Roger decided to take on the orders from the three of them.
But he didn't accept Annie's order.
"Miss Annie, like I said before—if you want me to take your order, it'll depend on how you perform. When the time is right, I'll naturally accept your request," Roger said calmly.
Annie couldn't understand. She said, "You're running a business. Why should the customer have to please you?"
"That's just how I do business," Roger replied firmly.
The rules he set were, admittedly, hard to accept.
Especially for a proud noble girl like Annie.
But honestly, you couldn't really blame Roger. To put it simply, Erotic Magic Lingerie was extremely expensive—ordinary commoners couldn't afford it.
That said, Roger's approach also had its advantages.
Namely, once he accepted an order from a female customer, she would almost always become a long-term client.
Because of that, Roger didn't need a large customer base to make good money.
"So you mean… you still won't make something for me today?" Annie asked, frowning.
Roger nodded without hesitation.
"Roger treats all his clients this way—you'll get used to it. I told you yesterday, didn't I?" Norna chimed in to help explain.
Hearing them put it that way, Annie didn't have much to argue with.
Even though she really didn't like Roger's business style, she could just barely accept it.
Right now, what she needed to do was find a way to get closer to Roger.
"So all I have to do is get on your good side, right? Not exactly a big problem. Tell you what—how about I invite you to join me on an expedition to Lichborn?"
Roger looked curious. "An expedition to Lichborn? What's in it for me?"
Annie answered seriously, "Frequent training expeditions can significantly boost your strength. They help you solidify your fundamentals—and you can even get your hands on rare resources that money can't buy."
"I'm in!" Roger agreed without hesitation.
Right now, his top priority was improving his strength. Making money was secondary.
It was rare to come across such a great training opportunity—he definitely had to take advantage of it.
"You're pretty lucky, you know. Most people wouldn't get the chance to go exploring with Annie. That includes me," Norna said, a little enviously.
"Well then, I'm honored," Roger said with a shrug. "Miss Annie, when are we heading out?"
Annie said, "Right now."
Roger froze for a second. "That soon? Let me go get ready."
"We should get going too. See you later!" Norna waved at Roger.
Roger headed upstairs and changed into a set of snug leather gear—tight-fitting pants, a long-sleeved top, and sturdy boots. The outfit was durable, practical, and easy to move in.
Once he was ready, Roger came back downstairs.
"You don't have any gear? We're going on an adventure, not to a party. Looking good won't help you out there," Annie said, eyeing him up and down.
Roger gave an awkward laugh. "I don't have any Magic Equipment. And for now, I don't really need it."
He had always grown up in a poor family—just putting food on the table used to be a struggle. How could he possibly have spare money to buy Magic Equipment?
Magic Equipment was so expensive that even the value of a low-grade piece could just about buy out his entire tailor shop.
Annie sighed. "You can't go without gear. Go buy yourself some equipment."
"No rush. I've got something in mind," Roger said, turning and walking over to his workbench. He picked up a pair of large fabric-cutting shears and tucked them into his belt.
He was actually using scissors as a weapon.
These scissors were a special tool forged from refined steel and diamond alloy. They were incredibly sharp and resistant to damage.
They had been passed down through several generations and still showed no signs of wear.
To be honest, these scissors were better than most standard Warrior gear.
"I give up on you." Annie shook her head in disappointment. She didn't say anything else to Roger and turned to walk out of the tailor shop.
Roger followed her outside and casually shut the door behind him.
Everyone around them was staring at Annie, like they were looking at a princess—full of curiosity and awe.
Annie might not have been the most beautiful woman in Windmill Town, but she was still drop-dead gorgeous—and more importantly, her body was already fully developed.
Plenty of young men were into her.
Parked by the roadside was an expensive carriage made of black iron, pulled by a sleek black horse.
That was Annie's personal ride.
With all eyes on her, Annie stepped up into the carriage and waved at Roger. "Come on, I'm taking you somewhere."
"Alright," Roger replied, hopping into the carriage and sitting beside her.
The moment people saw Roger sitting in Annie's carriage, everyone around was visibly stunned.
Everyone knew that Annie was like a noble princess—so far above the crowd that even those young noblemen had a hard time getting close to her.
Let alone ride in the same carriage as her.
This clearly meant Annie valued Roger highly.
"Oh my god! Could it be that Annie actually likes this guy?!"
"Annie's always had unusual taste. She didn't even pick a fiancé at the masquerade ball last night."
"And now she's off with Roger?"
"Looks like she really is interested in him!"
"…"
The crowd buzzed with excitement and gossip.
Among them was that unlucky guy Simord.
He had thought joining the Magic Guild was already a huge accomplishment.
But Roger turned out to be even more impressive—he was actually riding off with Annie.
Unbelievable!
Before long, the rumors about Roger and Annie were spreading like wildfire throughout Windmill Town.
