Chapter 2 - Chapter 3: The Web of Deceit

‎Days passed, and Hayes's anger simmered beneath the surface. He couldn't believe Anne had stripped him of his power and humiliated him in front of his peers. His desire for revenge grew with each passing day. I'll make you pay for this humiliation and embarrassment.

‎Meanwhile, Anne continued to run the company with precision and finesse. She was a shrewd businesswoman, and her decisions were met with respect and admiration from the employees.

" I admire her so much and she's a lady. This goes beyond our universal teachings of old, which says women are inferior to men but she is even more intimidating than Mr Hayes was. Keep taking and you'll loose your job, let's get back to work.

‎One evening, Anne received a visit from a mysterious figure. The figure was dressed in black, and their face was obscured by a hoodie. Anne's security team had cleared the visitor, and they seemed to know each other.

‎"So, you've made your move," the figure said, their voice low and gravelly. "I must admit, I'm impressed. You've taken down Hayes without breaking a sweat."

‎"Yes, it's been a long time coming," Anne replied, her eyes gleaming with satisfaction. "But I'm not done yet. I have a plan to take down the entire organization, and I need your help."

‎The figure nodded, their eyes gleaming with interest. "I'm in. What's the plan?"

‎Anne smiled, a cold, calculating smile. "We'll start by gathering evidence. We'll take down the key players, one by one, until the entire organization crumbles."

‎The figure nodded, and the two of them began to discuss the details of their plan. As they spoke, it became clear that Anne's reach was far greater than Hayes could have ever imagined.

‎But as the night wore on, Hayes's presence was felt throughout the city. He was gathering his own allies, planning his own counterattack. The game was far from over, and Anne's next move would be crucial in determining the outcome.

‎As the darkness closed in, Anne's phone rang, shattering the silence. She answered, her voice cold and detached. "Yes?"

‎"Anne, it's time to play," a voice said on the other end. "Hayes is making his move. Are you ready?"

‎Anne's eyes gleamed with anticipation. "I've been waiting for this moment. Let's play."
