Many were surprised by Samuel's choice to run for Alpha, but those closest to him realized that he was destined for leadership. The twins who had previously been written off as mere Omegas, Samuel and Leah, were set to become leaders, fulfilling the prophecy that the Boris family had dreaded for generations.

The voting ended with complete agreement between all the pack members. The chosen leader for the Tailwind pack was named Samuel Odwolf.
The nighttime announcement of leadership came from Samuel who stood there with Henrietta as the pack heard a resounding howl. Samuel swore to the pack as he dedicated to strong leadership and pure justice together with integrity.
Through Henrietta Tailwind discovered hope again now that she was his Luna.
With Samuel stepping into his new role, Darius was named Beta of the Night Wind Pack, standing beside Jacob Barduff as his second-in-command. The three allied packs' unity was further reinforced by this change in leadership.
The White Dawn, Tailwind, and Night Wind Packs united under the direction of Alphas Marcus, Samuel, and Jacob. The pack leaders made a sacred vow to defend their territory while holding onto their common beliefs for securing prosperity among their people.
During the complete moon the Alpha leaders took their sacred promise which put an end to their fractured state of affairs. As fate had predetermined it the new era of unity with its leadership began to form.
