It wasn't long when the flight reach Tokyo Airport. The ministers could see many cars waiting for them. The cars were bulletproof a common cortesy for anyone working for WA.
Their were wven many soldier troops waiting for them.
As soon as the gate opened, the passengers quickly left the plane not a second after all the things they had witnessed.
As if waiting for someone to wait for them, but nobody acknowledged them.
They were the ministers of WA and that too at a very high post.
Their authority is even bigger than some nations. So obviously this behavior would made them feel inferior and kinda irritating.
But before they could say anything, a white Rolls stopped just in front of them, the soldiers immediately saluted, when the door opened it revealed Kaito Matsumoto depty secretary and host for this meeting.
But again these ministers were ignored, as if they weren't here. Kaito did see them but didn't acknowledge them his eyes still gazing on the exit gate of airport.
Olivia felt this a attack to her honour, but before she could do anything to regain it the door the exit opened again.
STEP.
Two man with height above 6 ft stepped down infornt of them. One was leanly built, his built more for speed rather than brute strength.
Another was gaint of a man jis height slightly less than his companion. It can be said that in term of brute strength there was no mathc for him.
As soon as they arrived, the group of soldiers immediately saluted them.
Kaito himself wakled to their direction in his hands two flower bouquets.
Naturally the other passengers namely Olivia, Justin, Ethan and Richard were shocked and confused at the same time.
Weren't these two suppose to be criminal here, weren't they were kidnapped by these two.
So why they are getting respect but we are thrown away as if a small pebble.
Now Olivia had enough, she couldn't control herself more.
She directly went to confront the party of three.
As soon as she arrived near them, the figure with lean built noticed her.
As soon as their eyes met, Olivia was astonished to see how handsome the man in front of her was.
His jawline, skin and face were all in perfect proportion and his built to was not too muscular and not to skinny.
All in all he was most handsome man she had ever seen.
The man too was greatly moved by Olivia's beauty, if he would take a guess then she would be in her late20s.
Not only Olivia, but every members, ministers of WA were young or in their early 40s.
Olivia quickly composed herself, and wanted to ask Kaito, but before she can Kaiyo himself came to her.
" This is Olivia, a young lady with killer attitude, she is the minister of department of Justice and I proud to say that she had never ever compromised with true justice.
Now only that but, she is skilled in karate too. " Kaito introduced her.
When she heard her praise, Olivia blushed in embarrassment.
Now facing Olivia Kaito introduced the two men infornt of her.
" This tall man here is John Victor.
And next to him is Thomas.
They are the Pax Force. " Kaito said while introducing them to her.
John the man witlean built come forward to shake hands with her.
But Olivia was in deep amount of daze, this was so much for her to grasp.
The Pax force which she thought would be elites, cold blood murderers were free guys. One a playboy and other more like an introvert.
She quickly composed herself, raised her hand for shake, but found that John wasn't there.
" Ricchy, long time no see huh.
And I thought you forgot about me.
How are the kids, say my hi to them.
Next time I will visit them for sure, so you better not keep me waiting. " Justin said while his hand was hanging losely in Richard's neck.
It wasn't long when everyone left the airport to their desiginated places, the meeting was scheduled for tomorrow noon.
The ministers room were linked to each other, and Ethan was send back to his regiment.
At the night time, when Olivia was watching the beautiful scenery in front of her.
A perfect mix of nature and technology, the swimming pool snd the garden surrounding it along with the tall trees on the other sides tall buildings all she could see around.
SPLASH, a sound attracted her attention, someone just jumped into the pool.
She looked to find John and Thomas swimming , when she looked time it was 10:30pm.
Are they really the elite force she had heard about, because for her they didn't look different from a spoiled brats doing whatever they wanted.
From Kaito she heard that they are also joining them tomorrow. They missed their flight and then decided to kidnapp one .
As for why they were late, Olivia didn't dare to imagine the scenario in her mind.

He looked to find John trying to drown Thomas in pool, but in return he was the one who nearly drowned.
Sighing Olivia went to her room. It's wasn't long when John and Thomas too leave the pool.

The Meeting Room.
The meeting was in different place, the room itself was large to say. Their were paintings all around the room, some of Japan's culture and some historic figures of Jaoanic history.
The chairs were pited in a semicircular way, with a large chair in between along with two chairs aside it.
It wasn't long when the chairs were being filled.
Many members were arriving, the fact that that all of them were young those who were old were in their early 40s at best.
Everyone was sitted now, there was silence all around.
Everyone was waiting for the host, Kaito Matsumoto to arrive.
After the minutes, the host and cheif guest arrived.
Kaito Matsumoto, a man whose legends precced him, trained in the way of samurai.
He was deadly in combat and quick in politics.
Waking with him, were to men which many didn't recognise and those who do didn't want them to be noticed by these monsters.
Kaito sat in the centre with John on his right side's chair and Thomas on the left.
Soon, the meeting started, many things were being discussed, like technology, education, health snd many force.
Now, only one topic was left that was security.
Security was a dangerous topic to discuss, still after many years since formation of WA, security is the thing it values the most. Nobody want to witness that week again.
Kaito started, " The funds that are being putted to security department are too low to maintain the safety all around.
Although many innovative step are being taken but, I still think that the funds for this has to be increased."
Richard, minister of department of security agreed, " Mr. Kaito is right, the funds provided to us are not enough for the charges.
Many agreed, although they were tained in self defense, but having an extra hand gives a moral boost of safety.
But there were still some who didn't agreed to this. Even a power like WA has moles trying dig their way in.
Fu bai, a Chinese minister was one of them. Since the formation of WA many nations had a great loss in power, China was one of them, many politicans were corrupt and loss their power. Fu bai's family is one of them.
If not for his skills he would never be selected..
" How do we know, that this fund will used for good purpose.
We do nit know how and where this money is used, if you want to increase the funds atleast give a detailed report ofeebre the money is being used, and how you will use it on future. "he commented.
Kaito frowned, " Fu, you should very well aware that we are not obliged to show you anything.
Only cheifs or higher can ask us this. "
Fu again said, " Then, I Fu bai will nit agree to this proposal.
According to me, this is total wrothless just like the so called elites here.
We don't need a saviour nor do I acknowledge the so call Pax Force elites "
His statement directly mocked Pax Force, everyone was shocked, no one dared to mess with them. Their fear was enough to guarantee silence and total obedience.
" Fu, we do not talk like this about them, have you forget what they did for us. " Richard said.

" That's enough " Kaito stopped Fu.
Though John and Thomas were silent but everyone could see that their usual carefree attitude was nowhere to be seen.
Their silence worried everyone.

Instead of fighting what all theey can do.
I say, they need to be put in cage only Tu be released when fighing someone.

No one saw anything, for a second time seems to have stopped, before any eye could register Fu's face was smashed in the floor, in front of him stood John, his eyes coveted with shadow, his face showing no emotion and his leg just in Fu's head.
