Words of Wrath, guiding Rev, he sat down in crossed leg and closed his eyes, inhaling and exhaling once. As he already knew how to use his mana essence, he poured it around on his self. Then there was a formed of visible coating where a light blue aura appeared in his body. Wrath was amazed by Rev's such a speed of understanding and incessantly help him.
" You are really a fast learner young master, let's just skip the procedure of your mana essence then. Try visualizing your mental space, once you do that try releasing your mana essence slowly and find someone you need to have a pact right now. Well... just... find someone who can be a great asset for you... as for now "
Hearing that, Rev keeps on repeating the word 'visualize', a minutes have pass, he startet to sweat. It wasn't that easy but he inhale once more, exhaled, he tried to imagine a wide space and instilled an image on his mind, then... a droplet of water's sound was heard and the wavelengths aftermath make his view became wider.
Nothingness, sitting on a silent vast blue reflection of water, and there... he saw Wrath with a butler uniform, long yellow eyes, body and head of black shadowy flame form. Rev was speculating his height which is almost 177 or 180 centimeters, he was slightly surprised and ask something out of curiosity.
" ...Is that your true form? "
" Yes, but not fully, you need to increase your mana essence and train more to grow stronger if you want to see my true form young master kukuku... "
His mysterious laugh makes Rev gulped his saliva down and also because of the pressure that was emitting from him. He can't fathom how much stronger Wrath is, if he really work hard to increase his mana essence, just take a full look at his true form.
Now that Rev created his mental space, Wrath countered as it was still in incomplete mental space, Rev was confused at first but Wrath simply suggested that it was still okay in forming a pact as long as he had mana essence.
Rev sigh a relief,
" I see... so the next step is... "
Rev didn't continue what he is supposed to say because he already understood the next step that needed to do. Letting out an exhale while standing and closed his eyes, his mana essence started to spread in his mental space. Now, he look at his own mana essence, following the flow, as if trying to find something. He tried to look around like a telescope or clairvoyance then visualizing it wider, he noticed something.
Suddenly, the scenery changed, it was like his body became astral and went to another place, floating around. He saw a cave and out of curiosity he went inside to take a look and saw a nest full of branch and dried brown grass. There, he also saw a small bird, but it was hurt. He approached it, extending it's hand but the small bird noticed and shows an intimidation eyes.
" It's okay... I won't hurt you, you see I happened to see this cave and I just... saw you here, you're hurt aren't you? "
The little chick bird low chiding make Rev understood that it can understand his words, then he continued.
" Ah, that's right I happened to have a need for a friend right now, can't you become my friend? "
Rev shows a gentle smile toward the little bird while extending his palm, the little bird was still cautious, but it can tell that it didn't feel any bad or ill intent on it. Instead, it feel the warm mana essence that Rev had, then trying to stand up, even it pains the body, it walk towards Rev who opened his palm.
" Oh... so you are willing to be my friend, that was easy. Then I guess I will need to form a pact is that okay with you? "
The small bird stare for a few seconds then nodded and Rev moved his forehead, as it touched together, a light show in his right hand. Confirming, he guessed that it was a success pact, since he doesn't feel dizzy and doesn't feel exhausted that means it accepted him easily without accepting mana essence.
" That's it? that was really fast... by the way... do you even have gender? "
Out of curiosity he ask that question because he just want to know if they can breed once the small bird grow. At that the small bird nod once and he continued.
" Then are you male or female? nod once if male nod twice if you are female "
The small bird nod once again and that confirm Rev that it is a male and remembered something.
" Oh right!, Wrath said that once the pact is successful I can move it on my mental space, how useful... anyway let's try it. "
Rev closes his eyes and visualizes the small bird to be teleported in his mental space, it vanished, as blue mana essence flow in his right hand where the summoner's emblem shows, it lit up a light and eventually faintly dim. He then closed his eyes once again, as feeling like his surroundings are widened, he opened it, whereas he went back instantly and check his own full body, then let out a sigh of relief.
" Wrath I did it!, I made a pact! "
"Hoh, congratulations young master "
" But... I think it's hurt "
" Hurt? well I don't know what happened, but don't worry, once both of you form a pact then it will regenerate on its own while it's in your mental space "
" Oh,. that's great then "
" but... can you summon the one you form a pact I can feel that that's not a normal beast monster "
" Oh? so it's really a beast type but can't you just go inside in my emblem's mental space and take a look at it? "
" I'm sorry young master but It's a hassle going back and forth"
With a swift counter answer of Wrath, Rev let out a short feeling of annoyance, he knows it's injured, but at truth he also want to saw once more and check it's condition. Sighting, he extended his right hand and summoned it.
" Kirp? "
" Hoh... "
The small bird head tilted in quizzically sate Wrath was impressed by what he just saw, a golden brown color and a slit shape eyes with the mana essence that he feel towards it, he knew what type of creature was that. He thought it was a chick gryphon, but as he analyze more, the conclusion was a descendant of a rare pamola bird.
Pamola bird - a Rare type of beast monster birds, protectors of their habitats, but it also hate humans since in the history, humans chopped the trees near at their habitats for building houses and others. That's why they move on the secluded mountains and caves for that they wouldn't be disturbed.
" Hmm... I'm sure that you already read about the rare pamola bird young master "
" Ah... yeah, what of it? "
" Well that's because you are holding on to it right now "
" Ehh!!? seriously... I didn't know that "
" That's to be expected since it is still a little chick, but... once you've train, it will be more stronger for the future and became great asset for you young master "
" Er... don't phrase it like that but... If it's that strong then that would be really amazing "
" Anyway how did you even make an agreement to form a pact with that little chick "
" Eh?... well I just talk with it to became my friend and there... it accepted me easily "

Wrath pondered, where as a human like his young master can't just tame to form a pact from just a talk and someone who has the descendant blood of pamola bird because it's a type that hates humans and it can't easily trust someone.
Unless his young master's mana essence is special or his behaviors influence it, as he is a summoner which makes him also special. Wrath with thin smile, closing his eyes, in his thoughts he was expressing that it's to be expected from his young master's talent and charm.
Rev who keeps on playing the small bird, suddenly took a glance at Wrath who just float in silence with eyes closing.
" Wrath... what are you thinking about? "
Wrath heard his name with a question and opened his right eye, directed his gaze around the trees.
" Hm... nothing, I was just counting the monsters that are waiting a perfect time to devour you "
" Huh?, Eh!? W-What do you mean by that!? "
Even though Wrath has a little mana essence and sealed, he can still feel the presence of the monsters that is roaming around on the bushes, one two-- four monsters, is what he could tell. Judging the surroundings, he then widened his mana essence, spotting the right numbers of the monsters hiding.
They were just a low class species of monsters for Wrath, but they are still aggressive ones who can kill smaller monsters and beginners who just understand the concept of awakened one's. Looking at his young master panicking who doesn't even have a weapon with him, he sigh. Realizing that his young master's pet is still at the phase of chick and at the level where it cannot fight alongside with him.
" Well there are beasts here hiding, four of them who looks hungry and want to eat you young master Rev "
" What!! are you serious, then what should I do!? "
" Order your pet to kill those pheasants hiding "
A cold joke answer was given to Rev whereas he look at the little bird who is just a hand size, zipping tightly his mouth with a blank poker eyes, he look back at Wrath.
" Hey.... are you messing with me Wrath "
" No, I'm telling the truth that a summoner commands their pet or their friends or someone as long they have a contract of pact. For example... just try saying to that little bird of yours to fight and protect me, something like that "
" You... you really are messing with me you bastard! this little chick!? you want me to send this cute little creature to fight!?"
" Yes, that's right and that's not cute at all because once it will grow matured it will be ferocious and ---?? "
