Chapter 102 - A Mansion By the Sea

Kakashi remained silent, but Takemi didn't let the conversation die.

He asked curiously, "What have you gained this time? You must have gathered some information, right?"

"Hmph, of course!"

Jiraiya nodded confidently, then said with a smile, "Kakashi doesn't know Tsunade, but I've been her teammate for so many years, so I naturally know her habits. She loves to gamble but always loses."

"So, along the way, I went to so many casinos just to find out which idiot was deeply in debt, and sure enough, I found traces of a Legendary Sucker."

Takemi blinked, then asked with a smile, "Besides that, she also loves to drink, right?"

"I saw you going in and out of various izakayas along the way, but rarely to more unrestrained bars. I guess that's why?"

"Tch, that's right." Jiraiya nodded. Takemi's reactions were still so quick.

"No matter how much she loses, she'll find a place to have a good drink. Now I've pretty much figured out her situation and can confirm she's in this small town."

Takemi asked, "So, is she gambling or drinking now?"

"Now?"

Hearing Takemi's question, Jiraiya instinctively looked up at the sky.

"It's late enough now, so she's probably lost everything and has gone to a bar to drink."

Jiraiya never overestimated Tsunade's luck, hundreds of thousands, even millions, weren't enough for her for even half a day.

At this time, she'd likely be deep in debt again and would go find a place to drown her sorrows.

Jiraiya said, "So, our goal is clear. Let's go. I've already scouted out the places she frequents lately. We should be able to find her."

"Is that so? That's really a shame..."

Takemi sighed upon hearing this, which made both Kakashi and Jiraiya somewhat puzzled.

They asked, "What's wrong?"

Takemi said, "Didn't you two think of one thing?"

"What?"

Takemi explained, "Jiraiya-sama, you said Tsunade-sama always loses when she gambles, right? If so, why don't we bet the opposite of her when she's gambling?"

"..."

"Maybe we'd already have a mansion by the sea!"

"..."

Jiraiya and Kakashi exchanged glances, both ultimately speechless. Then they both turned and silently walked forward.

Takemi smiled and quickly followed, at the same time, he glanced at his system.

[New Side Mission Acquired]

[Loving Family]

[Assist Jiraiya in finding Tsunade and bringing her back to Konoha]

"Looks like it's almost complete, but..."

Takemi suddenly looked up, gazing into the distance, his expression becoming somewhat strange.

"It really is a loving family, isn't it? Looks like it's time for a powerful strike!"

— — —

"Tch, you passed out after just that much?"

Inside the izakaya, Tsunade held her cup and looked at Shizune, who had passed out beside her, and couldn't help but click her tongue.

"Get up quickly! I still want to drink!"

Tsunade yelled, but when she found Shizune didn't respond, she sighed and simply lay her head on the table to rest.

"Big sister, I will definitely become Hokage!"

"I love the village and my comrades, so I want to protect all of this. I want to become Hokage!"

However, as soon as she closed her eyes, the figures of two people involuntarily appeared in her mind.

She saw their smiling faces and heard their voices, and in the blink of an eye, she saw them lying in pools of blood.

"Tch, really..."

Tsunade immediately opened her eyes, sat up, and poured herself another drink.

Leaving Konoha and loving to drink were, in some sense, also a way to forget the past. Of course, it wasn't entirely out of the question that it was just her hobby.

Drinking a little would at least make her feel much better. But as she drank, she suddenly frowned.

Although she looked lazy, as one of the Three Sannin, she was exceptionally perceptive.

Especially since she was also deeply in debt...

"Someone's here. Why would this broken bar have so many customers? And these people don't seem simple."

Although she only had a general feeling, she still trusted her judgment.

However, she didn't move. On one hand, she was quite confident in herself, and on the other, she wanted to see what was going on.

"You must be Tsunade-sama, one of Konoha's legendary Three Sannin."

Not long after, two people entered through a side door. One of them immediately performed a dogeza, kneeling on the ground.

"I have a request, please, you must grant it."

"Who are you?"

Tsunade had actually recognized that the two were from Kumogakure, especially the Fourth Raikage behind this guy.

But she was a bit confused. What did these two want with her?

"And, it seems there are others?"

Tsunade's gaze subtly shifted towards the outside, while Amai continued to speak from his kneeling position.

"I am a Kumogakure Ninja, Amai. My comrade is gravely injured, and only your world-renowned Medical Ninjutsu can save him. I beg you, please help my comrade."

"Tsk tsk, I never thought a Medical Ninja from Kumogakure would come to a Medical Ninja from Konoha for help."

However, just as Amai finished speaking, a hoarse voice suddenly came from another side door.

"I remember, back then, you Kumogakure planned to steal the Byakugan. I didn't expect you'd come begging to Konoha now."

Hearing this voice, Tsunade raised an eyebrow slightly. She was all too familiar with this voice.

The Fourth Raikage, who had been silent, also turned his head, staring directly at the newcomer.

"Orochimaru?"

"Yo, it's the Fourth Raikage..."

The two of them stared at each other coldly, both seemingly surprised to see each other in this godforsaken place.

"We're here! It should be this place, no surprise!"

But just as they fell silent, another voice echoed from the main entrance.

The appearance of this voice immediately made the expressions of the three, including Tsunade, turn somewhat strange.

Creak—

As the main door was pushed open, three white-haired figures came into view.

One of the old white-haired men saw Tsunade and immediately smiled.

"See? Found her, right? Hmm?"

But before he finished speaking, he had already seen the faces of the other two groups.

"This is..."

For a moment, in the large izakaya, the three groups stared at each other, an extraordinary silence hanging in the air.

Even Tsunade was stunned. She herself hadn't expected tonight to be so lively.
