Chapter 214 - Transformation Game

The next day, on a Konoha street.

"Hey, Takemi, does that little blonde guy have some bad habits?

Deidara followed behind Takemi and asked softly, which gave the just-woken Takemi a headache.

"How would I know? Aren't you also a little blonde? Also, instead of talking about him, why don't you talk about yourself? Why did you come alone?"

"Tch, that old man is too slow. He's still waiting for some official start. I just left first."

"Is that what I'm asking? Where are your fellow competitors? Why are you the only one here?"

"Relax, relax, they're just too slow. It's a minor thing. Besides, I came in through the official process."

Seeing Deidara's nonchalant attitude, Takemi didn't know what to say for a moment.

This guy really takes advantage of being the Tsuchikage's disciple to do whatever he wants.

"How many more days until your Iwagakure people arrive?" Takemi rubbed his temples, asking somewhat painfully.

Deidara thought for a moment and said uncertainly, "Today or tomorrow, probably. They won't be slow. Speaking of which, when I came over, I saw the Sunagakure team. They should arrive today."

Deidara, traveling alone, naturally used his flying bird, so seeing the Suna people was no surprise.

"Arriving today, huh? It seems they really are coming…"

Takemi felt a little more energized upon hearing this news. Although the Chunin Exams didn't concern him much anymore, it was definitely something that excited him.

Not to mention Gaara's issue, even if he didn't come to this grand exam, the mission given to Takemi would likely not be bad.

"It's getting more and more interesting."

Patting his face, Takemi nodded and turned to walk towards the Hokage Building.

"Hey, where are you going?"

Deidara immediately got anxious seeing Takemi's movement, while Takemi rolled his eyes.

"I'm going to apply for the Chunin Exams proctor position. Why are you still following me?"

He hadn't forgotten his previous promise. Even if they didn't give the role to him, he would still visit.

"Damn it, yesterday you guys had your gathering, and I didn't disturb you. Today, you should at least do what you promised me before, right?"

Deidara seemed annoyed, he snorted and said, "You questioned my art back then, and told me that Dust Release was the true art, so I've been diligently studying ever since I went back."

"So…"

Hearing this, Takemi paused his steps and looked at Deidara curiously.

"You learned it?"

"Tch, don't question this great one's talent, hmph!"

Deidara proudly lifted his head, hands on his hips, and chuckled.

"Although I don't use it as well as old man, I've basically learned enough to try and use it simply. How about it, ready to compare our art now?"

Looking at Deidara act like that, and listening to what he said, Takemi felt that he probably wasn't lying.

If that was the case, then Deidara's talent could only be described as off the charts.

Not getting involved with the Akatsuki, and instead obediently following Ōnoki to learn Dust Release, his potential had become somewhat immeasurable.

[New Side Mission Acquired]

[Art is an Explosion — Boom]

[Accept Deidara's Art Challenge]

Just as he was pondering, the system suddenly refreshed again, which made him slightly startled.

Then he immediately spoke with joy, "Alright, alright, let's find a suitable training ground to try it out."

"Eh?"

This time, Deidara's expression became a bit strange.

"Weren't you acting all aloof just now, hmm?"

"Now I'm interested. You can't just fall down the moment I make a move, that would be too boring."

"Hmph, don't think that just because you're Konoha's New White Fang, Silver Flash, Purple Lightning…"

"Alright, I can't fit that many titles on one person. Are you going or not?"

Takemi also felt a bit strange, why did he have so many random titles?

And if you really counted, it seemed he had even more titles?

"Let's go!"

Deidara couldn't be bothered to think anymore. He immediately followed with a smile, but after thinking for a moment, he still asked curiously, "By the way, is that little blonde Naruto really okay?"

"Yes, why do you keep asking about him?"

"I find him quite interesting, just worried… never mind, if you say he's fine, then he's fine. Where is he?"

"Him, huh…"

Speaking of Naruto, Takemi showed a mischievous smile.

"He might be confused right now?"

These words left Deidara utterly perplexed.

"Eh?"

"I hope you can last a bit longer."

"…"

Konoha, on the rooftop of Naruto's house.

Sasuke and Naruto stood there, looking down at the bustling crowd below.

"Hey, I'm hungry. This body really can't go long without food." Suddenly, 'Sasuke' spoke.

"If I can't figure out a solution, I'm going back to eat ramen."

'Naruto' spoke disdainfully, "Idiot, eating ramen all the time will make your body worse."

"No wonder I felt so uncomfortable. So that's why, what an idiot."

As their words ended, both fell silent. After a good while, they suddenly grabbed each other's collars and shouted simultaneously.

"If you hate it so much, give me back my body!"

"Idiot, it wasn't just me who wasn't wearing a skirt yesterday. Was it really okay for you to pour alcohol into my juice?"

'Naruto' roared, while 'Sasuke' was not to be outdone.

"Stop talking nonsense. Takemi can definitely sense it. Even if he does, why would you? Besides, didn't I drink it too? If you're so brave, hit me!"

"I'll hit you then!"

'Naruto' didn't say another word, raising his fist and striking.

However, after just a few punches, he couldn't hit anymore, which gave 'Sasuke' an opportunity.

"You're just a useless person who can't get revenge now, an idiot who hasn't made any progress despite so much effort. Look at how pathetic you are!"

"You're not doing so well yourself!"

'Naruto' was also not to be outdone, giving 'Sasuke' a beating.

"You're still just a dead last, Sakura won't even give you a second glance, and you have to carefully protect your allowance, fearing Takemi will trick you out of it, you bastard."

As they continued to fight, he also couldn't hit anymore. The two of them silently looked at each other, they both felt that these punches hurt so much on their bodies.

"Hey?"

Just then, a voice suddenly rang in their ears. Turning their heads, they saw Kakashi looking at them with a deadpan expression.

After struggling for a while, Kakashi finally asked with a bewildered look, "Are you… playing some transformation game?"

"Eh? Transformation?"
