Soul Society, Seireitei -- First Division Barracks, Captain Assembly Hall
The circular hall was quiet aside from the sound of footsteps as the captains took their positions. Most stood with arms crossed or hands tucked into their sleeves, waiting for the usual brief.
The Gotei 13 Captain-Commander, Genryusai Shigekuni Yamamoto, stood in front of them, cane in hand.
"The 12th Division reported a high-level Hollow disturbance in the Human World earlier today. Multiple Garganta were opened and then closed simultaneously shortly after."
He opened his eyes slowly and waited for everyone to read the reports distributed to them.
"What caught their attention was the spike in human spiritual energy. It was greater than anything we've recorded from the living. It wasn't a Shinigami nor a Quincy. This was something new."
The 10th Division Captain, Toshiro Hitsugaya, was the first to speak. "What about the area of activity? Was it localized?"
"Yes," Yamamoto nodded. "The anomaly was detected in Tokyo, Japan--Sector 12, Ochanomizu district."
"Of course it is..." 8th Division Captain, Shunsui Kyouraku, muttered under his breath.
"Did a Substitute Shinigami awaken early or something?" 2nd Division Captain, Soi Fon, asked, glancing over at Ukitake.
"Unlikely," 13th Division Captain, Jushiro Ukitake, replied. "We would've felt a spiritual signature like that building up over time. This was too sudden. There's no record of a soul like that in Ochanomizu."
4th Division Captain, Retsu Unohana, tilted her head slightly. "The disturbance died down quickly, but not before squads detected multiple Garganta. Someone was controlling them."
"And not with any subtlety," 12th Division Captain, Mayuri Kurotsuchi, added with a snort. "The spiritual noise left behind was like a child throwing fireworks into a shrine."
"I want two people sent to investigate discreetly," Yamamoto said. "Someone capable of handling threats... and someone less likely to provoke a panic just by showing up."
10th Division Lieutenant, Rangiku Matsumoto, cleared her throat while trying to hide her excitement. "I can go."
A few heads turned, notably Unohana, 4th Division Lieutenant Isane Kotetsu, and Soi Fon.
"I'm familiar with the area," she added. "And I'm good at talking to people. If there's anyone to question, I can handle it."
Yamamoto didn't seem surprised. "Accepted. I want someone with healing knowledge to go with her in case the situation escalates. Isane."
"Yes, sir."
"Good," Yamamoto said. "You two will leave within the hour. Gather information. Do not engage unless retreating is no longer an option."
Soi Fon raised an eyebrow. "Do you intend to send backup if it turns out this presence is hostile?"
"If it's hostile," Yamamoto said, "they won't have time to call for backup."
As Rangiku and Isane were leaving, Unohana's gaze lingered on them.
'Maybe I could also take a peek...' She mused.
Rangiku smirked as she walked out of the Assembly Hall to prepare, unaware of Unohana's thoughts.
'Haha~, I'll get to put a face to this voice I've been hearing. If what he said about Aizen and Gin is true, things are about to get troublesome.'
Isane had similar thoughts, though her focus was mainly on when David mentioned Unohana's death.
'If I can meet this man, maybe I can convince him to do whatever he can to save the Captain. From what he said, he's apparently strong enough to go against the entire Soul Society. I'll have to ask him directly...'

While the two female Shinigami were preparing to head to Ochanomizu to observe David, the man in question was busy shopping.
David and Marin were just walking around Sofmap while David was touching every piece of equipment he could, adding everything to the 'Modern Technology' section of his Mental Database if it wasn't already there.
"Marin, come here for a minute."
Marin tilted her head, but walked over to David nonetheless.
David put his right hand on Marin's head and imprinted a spell on her that he'd been working on since the fight earlier.
"I placed a new spell on you that raises your physical strength and I also replaced the simple protection spell with a stronger one."
Marin's eyes went wide with excitement as David continued, "Now, anyone within a 10-meter radius of you that harbors ill intentions towards you will disappear in an instant. I won't let anyone touch you so you can feel much safer wherever you go from now on," David explained while patting her head.
Marin launched herself into David's arms and giggled like a little girl.
"Heheh~, thank you, David! I can already feel that I'm much stronger! This is awesome!"
"Mm, I'm glad you like it," David leaned down and gave Marin a quick kiss before smiling at her and continuing his window shopping.
'Chaos-chan, I'd like to use one of my SSR-guarantee lottery draws please.'
[You already got so many new powers today and you still want more? How greedy.]
'You're damn right. I want to be the strongest. So, gimme the lottery and let me pull something else amazing.'

The gachapon machine appeared in front of David again and this time, he just mentally commanded the lever to go down since he didn't want to look weird pulling at the air while shopping.
The prize balls jumped around and it seemed to take longer than usual before a golden prize ball finally fell into the prize slot.

This time, he didn't cough up blood.
Instead, he felt a searing pain on his forehead as something was etched into it and linked to his very existence.
Blood dripped down his face, but if anyone were to see David's face, they would be shocked.
Not only did he somehow get more handsome, but he now has a seal carved into his forehead.
In the center of his forehead, the light-pink seal etched into it is a peach blossom in full bloom with grass growing on all sides, but instead of giving it an overgrown look, it looks rather regal and captivating.
Right below and in-between the two bottom petals of the peach blossom and a curved and pointed line, there's a pink, diamond-shaped gem that's protruding a few millimeters out.

After a few seconds of silence from David's inner voice, Marin asked, "So, aside from your obviously bullshit answer about an allergic reaction from a tattoo, what is that tattoo? And how did you get it?"
David placed his hand on his chin and contemplated deliberately telling Marin about his system.
"Hmm... I won't say anything about how I got it right now, but just know that I can constantly get stronger at a very fast speed. As for what the tattoo is, it's something called the Sovereign's Seal and it allows me to use an ability to make women I have sex with bonded to me for life as well as making them as strong as me."

Marin's smile faltered a bit when she heard that David doesn't completely trust her, but then she understood.

"I see. That sounds like a really cool ability," Marin said with an odd smile.

Marin blushed while looking down before trying to change David's train of thought.

Yes, it was a very unimportant event, but David bought a Samsung Galaxy S6 with 64GB of storage. While he could've created one after touching a phone with a SIM card installed, he wants to keep a low profile in public so he went with a current phone for now.
"Alright, here's my ID," David said with a smile, grabbing Marin's phone and entering his LINE ID.
Marin looked at the ID David typed into her phone and covered her mouth.
"Pffft, haha~! 'true.sovereign'? Don't you think you're getting a bit full of yourself?"
"Nope, not one bit. I'm going to get strong enough in the future where even gods will have to look up to me. Adopting the Sovereign mindset early will help me in the future."
Marin just giggled and kept walking, holding her phone close to her chest.

(A/N: While this story is essentially just a chaotic, degenerate, trashy, smutty fanfic with tons of girls from various franchises that's heavily inspired from a couple novels (specifically 'Sis-Con with Dimensional Chat Group' & 'Inner Voice: All Heroines Hear My Inner Voice'), it's also about David overcoming his past traumas so he can live happily in this new world. I don't want to spoil much, but Chaos and Cosma kind of already did so I'll just say that the next chapter is not out of order or anything and it will tie back in with the rest of the story eventually.

Anyway, I just wanted to put that out there in case anyone thinks they're reading the wrong novel or a future chapter got lost in the back...
This story is extremely chaotic and I honestly don't know what I'm doing 99% of the time, just kind of letting David do whatever he wants. I know not much time has passed in the story, but that will change soon. David needs to get over some past traumas before he can fully dedicate himself to chasing girls, despite using his inner voice to lay down bait for multiple women.
The main character of David's original novel will be making her appearance soon as well and she's a key part of his life so please be patient with me. This is my first time writing anything and I originally intended to treat it as a bit of a joke novel, but I tend to find myself getting serious with it at times.
Although it has a ton of franchises, the plots aren't going to follow the original work for a majority of them as David doesn't get much out of it by letting plots drag on, though he'll keep his promise to Marin and allow big boss battles for her to enjoy sometime in the future.
Also, there is an original storyline embedded underneath all the chaotic bullshit which you'll get a peak at in the next chapter.
I also have an issue with pacing and I'm trying to learn when is a good time to bring certain characters in. I didn't want to bring the Senran Kagura girls in as early as I did, but I figured it had to be done since the Bleach franchise now exists alongside them and it wouldn't make sense for them to ignore the threat of Hollows.
The Senran Kagura girls won't be making an appearance in the upcoming chapters, at least until David starts school. I'm trying to limit how many people I introduce at once, though I did really want to kill off Takeru Ooyama and Yuu Izumi since their franchises would be vastly different anyway.
Plus, I find it funny to throw a bunch of chaotic bullshit at David all at once, such as killing two protagonists at the same time in an incredibly odd coincidence.
Anyway, that was a really long author's note that I had to put out there. If you've found this novel among the thousands of others out there and have read this far, thank you. I wrote the first 13 chapters before I even posted them so...
Yeah, I'm slow when it comes to writing due to a neurological condition that makes me sleep whenever my brain is engaged in something stimulating for more than an hour. I enjoy writing David's story though so I'll do my best, but I'll apologize in advance if chapter releases are super slow.
I also spend an entire day reading everything over when I first write a chapter to make sure there are no glaring issues, but that's also because I'm asleep for most of it...
