Chapter 28 - The Article

It was the last day at Hogwarts before the winter holidays, and the Great Hall was completely filled with students and professors alike, even Dumbledore who had to actually attend both the breakfast and dinner feasts as Headmaster. Though, if one were to pay attention, they would notice there were ten students missing, including the infamous Harry Potter. The tables were filled as friends and colleagues were saying farewells to each other in the case they didn't get a chance later, all in all, a normal and joyous occasion; all completely unaware of what was about to happen.

Once everyone minus the ten missing students had entered the Hall and were seated, Luna Lovegood and Neville Longbottom rose from their seats and approached the Professor's table, the former having her usual smile and the other having a nervous but firm resolve. Many raised an eyebrow at the unusual pair, especially the Headmaster, who addressed them first before Umbridge could berate them.

"Ms. Lovegood, Mr. Longbottom, do you need something?", he asked kindly.

Luna beamed at him, "Yes, professor, Neville and I would like to share something with the whole school if that's acceptable?"

Umbridge narrowed her eyes, "And what exactly do the two of you have that is of any consequence?"

Neville firmly said, "We have an important story about Harry Potter."

The professors tensed and Dumbledore asked, "What story are the two of you speaking of?"

"If it pleases you, Headmaster, it would be better to show and not tell. May I?", she said as she nodded toward the student body and the old man nodded.

"Dobby.", she called.

The loyal House-Elf appeared and asked, "Mistress Luna, how may Dobby help you?"

"It's time to pass out the new Quibbler, Dobby.", she said proudly.

Dobby nodded and snapped his fingers, and the students and teachers were slightly startled when a magazine called the Quibbler, whom many recognized as one of the most popular news sources in the country despite its wackiness, appeared on each of their plates instead of food. On the cover of the latest edition had a picture of Harry Potter and the title: "The Real Boy-Who-Lived, the Man Behind the Legend." Curiosity getting the better of everyone, they all turned the page to the top news story and began to read.

Fourteen Years ago, the most powerful dark wizard of all time (He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named) was defeated and presumed dead thanks to a small infant named Harry Potter and our country was saved. As a young child, I was enamored with the story, everyone had revered this young child as essentially a god, so when he finally returned to the wizarding world, many were anticipating Merlin come again. However, when they saw a timid and anxious boy that was seemingly average, many saw that the tales were exaggerated and now believed them to be unimportant and thus, forgot the sacrifice of James and Lily Potter and shunned their hero son. Over the last four years, Harry has been met with ridicule and suspicion for the unexplained events involving Hogwarts these last few years, but he has always maintained silence, until today. In light of recent events and the clear bias presented in the Daily Prophet against him on the orders of Minister Fudge, Harry has agreed to give an exclusive interview disclosing just who Harry Potter really is. Harry was also joined by twelve young women: Fleur Delacour, Nymphadora Tonks, Penelope Clearwater, Su Li, Daphne Greengrass, Pansy Parkinson, Tracey Davis, Susan Bones, Hannah Abbott, Angelina Johnson, Alicia Spinnet, and Katerine Bell.

"Welcome, Harry. Welcome, ladies. I understand you have come to shed some light on the recent hardships facing the country today, as well as make some important announcements.", I said.

Harry smiled, "Thank you for having us, Luna. Yes, for the longest time, everyone has made up their own stories about me, ever since that fateful Halloween all those years ago, and today I've come to tell the truth, the whole truth."

"What would you like to begin with, Harry? I know most have always been curious about where and how you grew up before coming to Hogwarts."

Harry sighed deeply, "After both of my parents had been murdered by Voldemort, my new magical guardian Albus Dumbledore took me to my muggle aunt, my mother's sister, and her husband outside of the wizarding world with the support of the Ministry. One might think that sounds alright, but that couldn't be further from the truth. My aunt hated her sister, going back to their childhood, and her husband Vernon hated all things magical and so, I was treated as unnatural and less than dirt."

"Are you admitting that the hero of the wizarding world has been abused?"

Harry nodded and showed some old scars that appeared on his back (see pg. 3) that hurt me to look at. "It was mostly emotionally and mentally growing up, but I was always available as a human punching bag for my uncle and cousin Dudley, even when I did nothing wrong except breath."

"Did no one know of this? Did Dumbledore or someone else check on you ever?"

"No, Dumbledore, nor anyone else, checked on my wellbeing until I arrived at Hogwarts. Hell, I didn't even know about magic at all until my eleventh birthday as my aunt and uncle said my father was a drunk who killed himself and my mother in a car crash. I know Dumbledore placed blood wards around my house to ensure Dark Wizards and creatures never got to me, but I was left to the wolves otherwise."

"I'm so sorry, Harry. After you came to Hogwarts, did you ever tell anyone or attempt to have someone else place you elsewhere for the summers?"

"I told Dumbledore I had no desire to return and wished to stay at Hogwarts during the school breaks, but he always refused, stating that being 'protected' by my mother's blood was worth the hardships so long as I was never seriously injured, and the Ministry officials either didn't care or couldn't be trusted. Eventually, I stopped asking and accepted my fate until I graduated."

"Speaking of Hogwarts, there have been wild and rather insane rumors surrounding your supposed adventures for each year at Hogwarts. Care to shed some light in that?"

"Sure, for my first year, me and my friends had investigated the whereabouts of the Sorcerer's Stone, which Dumbledore had hidden away in the castle for his friend Nicholas Flamell, and we discovered that the Defense Against the Dark Arts professor, Quirinus Quirrell, had been possessed by Voldemort himself."

"What do you mean by possessed by Voldemort? He died all those years ago, correct?"

"That is actually false; it is true that his body was destroyed thanks to the ritual that my mother performed that allowed me to survive the killing curse. What no one knew, however, was that Voldemort had acquired ancient dark magic that allowed his soul to live on and torment me."

"If Professor Quirrell was possessed by the Dark Lord, then how did he die? An official cause of death has never been revealed and there has only been rumors in the near four years since."

Harry sighed, "After he revealed his plans to steal the stone to fully resurrect Voldemort, I managed to grab it first, but he attacked me and when he touched me, my mother's defensive magic reacted, and his body disintegrated."

"What happened to Voldemort?"

"His soul fled to find a new body, which it eventually did in Albania, and remained hidden until last June, but I'll explain that later."

"Understood, now during your second year, there was a common consensus that you had opened the long-lost Chamber of Secrets and were attacking muggleborns, despite no evidence and only baseless rumors. Care to explain your side?"

"The Chamber of Secrets was indeed opened, and a monster awakened, which was a basilisk, but not by me and I spent the whole year investigating who was behind the attacks and why. Eventually, I discovered the entrance to the chamber with the help of my friends and discovered that the chamber had been opened by a student who had been possessed by a dark magical item that was created by the real Heir of Slytherin: Tom Riddle or as he is known by the rest of the world, Lord Voldemort."

"Tom Riddle? The origins of the Dark Lord have never been revealed before. Who was he?"

"Tom Riddle was the result of a woman enchanting a muggle man to fall in love with her. At Hogwarts, he was a bright student with promise until he began dabbling in the dark arts and became the dark wizard he is today, throwing away his humanity with every kill."

"Are you saying Voldemort is only a Half-Blood?"

"Yes, his self-hatred of his muggle father, whom he murdered, and the power that the Pureblood cause offered him with money and power, he became the champion of Pureblood Supremacy."

"Incredible, what happened in the chamber that ended the attacks?"

"Using the Sword of Gryffindor, I stabbed the basilisk and destroyed the item in question, freeing the student. I later found out that Lucius Malfoy was the one who gave it to the student and when I confronted him about it, he attempted to attack me before a friendly House-Elf intervened."

"Why would Lord Malfoy do that?"

"He is one of the many Death Eaters currently running around free with the protection of the Ministry thanks to bribes and intimidation."

"I see, that's rather disheartening to hear about our government. In your third year, you were constantly attacked by dementors, and I know that was hard on you, so I won't ask you to relive it, but did something of note happen then?"

"I discovered that Sirius Black, who escaped Azkaban before the term, was innocent of his crimes."

"Innocent how? It's said he killed a dozen muggles, Peter Pettigrew, and even a hand in your own parents' murder."

"Sirius was thrown in Azkaban without a trial and never found guilty, and when he escaped, he told me that Peter Pettigrew was the actual Secret Keeper for my parent's home and betrayed them to Voldemort, faked his death, and framed Sirius for the death of those muggles. Sirius is currently in hiding."

"I hope that if Sirius is innocent, it will get proven soon. Now, what people really want to know are the events of your fourth year where you claimed that you were entered into the Triwizard Tournament against your will, and you continue to claim that Voldemort returned after the Third Task. What's the story?"

"My name was entered by an escaped convict, Barty Crouch Jr., who was using Polyjuice Potion to impersonate Professor Moody, to ensure I would be transported to a place where Voldemort and many of his Death Eaters were waiting for me. They kidnapped me, and using a dark ritual that required my blood, allowed Voldemort to gain a new and stronger body. We fought and I managed to escape with my life and was immediately discredited for just trying to warn everyone. Now, people are either disappearing or dying and our Ministry is doing nothing and many of its members are even involved."

"Well, this has all been very interesting and terrifying to learn, but may I ask you about the ladies behind you. How do they fit into all this?"

Harry smiled brightly, "Before the start of fourth year, I was summoned to Gringotts to accept my heirships for House Potter and House Black (which I received being the Godson of Sirius Black), but I also learned I was the heir to all four Hogwarts houses. As a result, I had to find twelve wives to fulfill the marriage requirements for each house, which I thought would be impossible. Later that year, when I became emancipated, I attained Lordship over each house and married the three women I loved at the time: Fleur, Tonks, and Penelope. I married the others a few days ago when our magic connected our souls through our shared love. I'll admit it sounds unorthodox, but I love and care about each of them and I would gladly die for them."

"That's certainly unprecedented in today's times. Girls, how do you feel about this?"

Penelope spoke first, "I've been in love with Harry for a long time, but I thought my feelings for another were stronger until I realized only Harry understood me. I know it's strange, but my love for Harry is stronger than that and I got the sisters I always wanted."

Tonks grinned, "I always thought marriage, outside of my parents, was for tossers, but this handsome bastard won my heart, and I don't regret it…plus the sex is great."

Fleur sighed with a smile on her face, "I assumed I would spend my life alone because all men only cared about my looks and not me. When I met Harry, he changed me for the better and I've never felt happier than I do now."

Tracey smiled, "Harry became my best friend, and I quickly fell in love, even though he's an annoying Gryffindor."

Daphne nodded, "When my sister was in trouble, he risked his status to his enemies to help someone he didn't even know and that showed me Harry wasn't like all the Pureblood heirs who I spent my childhood around. I'm happy to marry him."

Pansy Parkinson actually cracked a small smile, "Harry saved me from an awful father and a husband who would have been just like him and accepted me into this family despite our past and that's what made me love him."

Su Li had a shy smile, "I've spent the last year trying to deny my love for Harry and resigned myself to whatever fate my father had for me, but now I can be with someone who loves me and helps me pursue my dreams, and I wouldn't trade it for anything."

Katie smirked, "While I'm annoyed that I couldn't stake my claim on my Harry early, I knew years ago that Harry was the only one for me and nothing will change that."

Susan Bones rolled her eyes but smiled, "Well, I've had a crush on Harry since I first knew him, and I thought his shyness was cute and kindness made him stand apart from everyone else."

Alicia scoffed, "Almost all the men in the wizarding world are either bigots, idiots, or uncommitted. Harry, though he has flaws, is the only man I would trust myself to after my father ruined most of my life."

Angelina put a hand on her friend's and said, "Truth be told, I'm a little nervous about having a husband and family, something I never thought of before, but I'm willing to try with a kind and handsome man like Harry."

Finally, a nervous Hannah said, "Two days from now, my attempted rapist and likely the person who arranged my mother's death was going to strongarm the Ministry into arranging a betrothal and my life would be over. This marriage, however, saves me from that horrid fate and even though me and Harry just became friends for real, he was willing to take me in. I'll stand by him, now and forever."

I smiled widely at the new family, "That's good to hear, Harry. If I may ask, how do you expect everyone to believe everything you've said here today?"

"I am not only willing to submit my memories for viewing to anyone who doubts me, but I am also willing to drink veritaserum and even swear on my magic and life in a public place that everything I've said is true."

"That's a drastic action, but given what was said here, a necessary one. Final question, Harry: what's next?"

Harry exhaled deeply and said, "Due to the corruption and ignorance of the current government, I plan to call a vote of no confidence with the other lords and ladies on Minister Fudge and demand an answer for his inaction and crimes committed by him and his Undersecretary, Delores Umbridge."

"What crimes has Professor Umbridge committed?"

"My lovely wife Pansy has collected memories and witness testimonies from her undercover work with the Inquisitorial Squad that Umbridge has been physically and mentally torturing students, even using veritaserum on them against their will. She is also willing to swear on her magic that everything is legitimate evidence."

Pansy nodded and I smiled, "Well, I personally look forward to this upcoming Wizengamot session. Thank you all for your time."

I do believe it is safe to say our world will indeed never be the same again. Please subscribe for more updates on Harry Potter and his family.

As everyone finished the article, many were stunned into silence at what they had just read, but eventually, the Great Hall began bustling in conversation, ranging from excited gossiping to panicked whispers. That is until a certain pink toad, who was now as purple as Grimace she was so angry, rose up from her seat and shouted, "POTTER!"

As Hogwarts was coming out of its shock, every news stand in the country and hundreds of owls all were becoming sold out of the newest and most exciting piece of news in the last fifteen years as similar reactions happened all over the country.

Ministry of Magic

As the Quibbler was literally flying off the news stand in the atrium, officials in their offices were in shock over the article's content, whether it be in horror over what was happening in the background of their country or the possibility of being exposed for their illegal activities. In his small office, that any other person would call a closet, Arthur Weasley and his eldest son, Bill, just finished reading the article.

"Merlin's beard.", Arthur whispered as he put the magazine down.

"You really think all of this happened, dad?", asked Bill.

Arthur nodded solemnly, "Based on what Harry and Ron told me, and what I've seen of Harry's relatives, I think everything in here is true. The Ministry and Hogwarts will never be the same after today. The Ministry will likely start the raids again, this time with more force."

Bill nodded as the office door slammed open and both looked up to see an irate Percy Weasley with a rolled-up edition of the Quibbler that he slammed down and shouted, "He stole her from me! He seduced Penelope from the beginning, and he slandered the Minister!"

Arthur sighed knowing this was coming, "Hello to you too, son. I do not believe that Harry had any intention of stealing anyone, only admitting his long-time feelings for a brilliant young woman you never fully appreciated. As for the Minister, we've had this discussion before, Fudge is no longer capable of leading effectively, not that he ever was to begin with."

Percy slammed on a fist on the table, "Lies! All of it, lies! This vote changes nothing, and I will take great satisfaction in watching Potter get thrown in jail with his wand snapped."

With that, Percy stormed out of the office, leaving a disappointed father and brother as Bill asked, "Father, what's going to happen to the Order? How should we proceed?"

Arthur sighed again, "I don't know, son. I'm going to leave early today; Molly is likely going to have a breakdown. I was supposed to guard the Department of Mysteries tonight, but I will have someone switch with me. You best get back to Gringotts, Bill, there's likely a storm coming."

Bill nodded and left his father alone to his weary thoughts. In another part of the Ministry, the head of the DMLE, Amelia Bones, was looking down at the article with an expressionless mask that she often had on her face reserved for her work. This time, however, she had a blank face because she had no idea how to process what was before her; her niece was now married, Voldemort was in fact alive, and there were Death Eaters infesting the Ministry like rats.

She was interrupted by her House-Elf Tilly arriving, "Tilly, what's wrong?"

The House-Elf looked worried, "Lady Bones, Mistress Susan just popped by the manor with friend Hannah and her father Lord Abbott. They dropped the lord off, after locking down the Floo network and raising all the wards and said that the lord will be staying with us for a while."

Amelia furrowed her brows, "Does John know about this article?"

Tilly looked confused, "What article?"

Amelia sighed, "That's what I thought, tell John to stay put for now, then come back for me when I call for you."

Tilly nodded her head and disappeared, but before Amelia could do some work, Auror Kingsley rushed in in a panic, quite the opposite of how the quiet man usually is.

"Director Bones, I trust you've seen it…", he trailed off.

Amelia nodded, "As I'm sure everyone has. Is Tonks in today?"

Kinglsey shook his head, "No, Director. I came to tell you that Fudge is on a warpath, and he's demanded you and two Aurors accompany him later tonight."

She raised an annoyed eyebrow, "To where?"

Kingsley hesitated before saying, "Hogwarts."

#12 Grimmauld Place

Sirius, for all his faults, had some of the best natural instincts in the wizarding world, it's what made him such an effective Auror in his time. That is why he was on edge all morning as something in his gut was telling him something big was about to happen. Him and Remus were still sitting in the dining room, after everyone had left for the day, and his longtime friend had seemingly realized he was being uncharacteristically quiet.

"Sirius, you alright?", Remus asked.

Sirius shook his head, "I can't explain it Moony, but I have a feeling something strange has happened."

Remus looked confused and was going to ask more until they both heard the floo network activated, and they were both on their feet to head toward the living room, wands drawn. Sirius was shocked when he entered and saw two familiar faces with traveling trunks, his cousin Andromeda and her husband Ted Tonks.

Sirius came out his shock first, "Andi, what are you doing here?"

Andromeda huffed, "Nymphadora came rushing into the house this morning, telling us to pack our bags and head here for safety and then left before telling us anything more."

Sirius and Remus exchanged confused looks before Lupin said, "Well, you are always welcome here Andromeda, and you too Ted, but no one told Tonks to bring you here."

The four were interrupted when a pop was heard and Kreacher came in with a middle-aged couple none of them had ever seen before. Sirius, Remus, and even Andromeda raised their wands at the couple.

"Kreacher, who are these two?", asked a weary Sirius.

Kreacher shrugged uncaring, "Master Harry instructed I bring these two here for protection and make sure the treasonous mistress Andromeda and her muggle husband were here."

Andi scoffed, "Nice to see you too, Kreacher."

Remus, ever the peacemaker, asked, "Excuse me, may I ask your names?"

The man nodded nervously, "My name is Zachary Bell, and this is my wife, Lena. Our daughter came home this morning with this House-Elf and told us to pack for a long trip."

Remus seemed to realize something and asked, "Katie Bell?"

Lena nodded, "Yes, that's our daughter. She said we were in danger and this elf was to bring us to a safe place and we would be seeing her tomorrow when school lets out for the holidays."

Remus gave Sirius a look and everyone reluctantly lowered their wands as Sirius said, "Well, I'm afraid we are just in the dark as you are. Welcome to my home, my name is Sirius Black."

Mr. Bell went wide-eyed, "As in the escaped and dangerous convict?"

Remus raised his hands in surrender, "I assure you, Mr. Bell, Sirius is innocent of all his crimes, and he was framed and thrown in Azkaban without trial."

Mr. Bell didn't seem convinced, but his wife calmed him as Remus continued, "My name is Remus Lupin, I was your daughter's former DADA professor at Hogwarts. This is Sirius' cousin Andromeda Tonks and her husband Ted. They were brought here by similar circumstances by their own daughter, without our prior knowledge. This safe house is headquarters for the Order of the Pheonix, an organization charged with protecting the wizarding world from Death Eaters."

Sirius was growing impatient, "I don't understand what any of this has to do with Harry, or why he would tell Nym and his other friend to bring their parents here."

Kreacher disturbingly smiled, "I believe this wizard magazine would answer all your questions."

Sirius took it and realized it was the Quibbler, an odd but reputable news source from his old friend Xenophilius Lovegood, as Kreacher finished with, "Now if you'll excuse me master, I have to finish preparing the wards around the house and the guestrooms."

The grumpy House-Elf took his leave as Sirius began reading the article, and the more he read the more angry, shocked, and worried he felt until he got the final part about the girls and that was when Sirius burst out laughing and fell on the floor holding his sides.

"That pup...hahah…really is…hahaha…better than me and his old man at getting birds!", he exclaimed.

Remus grabbed the magazine and began reading aloud and by the time he finished, he went speechless as Lena Bell fainted and Ted Tonks just kept sputtering nonsense trying to make sense of it all, their spouses took a different approach.

"KATHERINE!/NYMPHADORA!", shouted two enraged parents.

Sirius just continued to laugh and sing 'Hallelujah' for the next 30 minutes.

Malfoy Manor

Voldemort, despite being the most powerful Dark Wizard of all time, was a very level-headed person as he always had to be planning three moves ahead of his enemies and had to look out for threats from within his own ranks. There were only three times in life, ever since escaping that god-forsaken orphanage, that he had felt truly enraged: the day the founders turned their backs on him, the day Lily Potter and her son destroyed his physical body, and when Harry ruined his revenge in the graveyard last summer. Today would mark the fourth time he felt all-consuming anger that he couldn't even think straight, hence the corpses before him and the trembling survivors, as he had just finished reading some blood traitor news rag that told the world, not only his true origins, but also the fact that his greatest enemy had stolen his Slytherin lordship and has potentially uncovered his greatest secret.

Twice in the last four months has he felt an incredible jolt in pain that made his new body feel weaker and weaker and left bedridden for days, now he knew why. Only three of his Horcrux's remained, one hidden away in the Gaunt Shack under heavy guard and another in his most loyal follower's Gringotts vault and the last was with him at all times in his snake familiar, Nagini. He would have to forego the mission he had planned for her tonight at the Department of Mysteries and keep eyes on her.

What was worse was now that his Death Eaters knew the truth about his origins, they began demanding an explanation, so he had to remind them who owned their lives. Warrington and Montague joined their sons in death, with Goyle and Crabbe Sr. not far behind them, and finally Lucius, whom he had been looking to get rid of for months, but he couldn't kill him while he was still useful. Now that all his misdeeds have been made public, he could no longer afford the risk of having Lucius turn on him. Killing five members of his inner circle appeared to send the correct message to his other followers based on how they cowered in fear.

"These men dared to question me, my rule, my ideals, and my commitment to Pureblood supremacy. This is the price of betrayal. Is there any other that dares to challenge me?", he snarled.

No one was stupid or brave enough to answer so he continued, "Good, now this changes nothing. I want Potter and these new whores of his found, and if you can't, I want their families found and dead. Understand?"

His pathetic minions nodded and left to carry out his will, leaving him to his frustration and wary thoughts. He had much to do, and this article was a setback for his recruitment efforts and secret projects. He had never been more committed to condemning Potter to the slowest and most excruciating death possible when he finally got his hands on him. What he needed now was loyal and powerful followers who would ensure his victory…and a vicious and ugly smile adorned his horrible face when he realized he knew just where to find them. Time to free some old friends.

Chamber of Secrets

As the rest of the country was reeling from the bombshell that Harry and the others dropped on them, the people in question were all spending time with each other in the chamber, getting to know one another better. Tracey and Tonks, in particular, seemed to develop a quick friendship and a few of the girls shuddered when the two kept coming up with more ideas at what they wanted to do to the people who tried to fuck with them. Harry was just silently taking it all in, enjoying watching his new family happy and content before the shit storm upstairs has to be addressed. Speaking of which…

"Did everyone get to their parents ok?", he asked.

"Susan and I dropped off my dad at her Manor earlier, despite his great reluctance and confusion and Lady Amelia likely knows everything by now.", Hannah said.

Susan nodded, "My aunt's going to be soooo cross with me later."

"I visited my grandfather earlier, he agreed to raise the wards and limit travel since he hardly attended Ministry meetings anymore. He'll probably be pleased with my ability to acquire such a marriage, despite how I did it.", Pansy said.

"My parents were already staying with Daphne's folks at Greengrass Manor, under heavy protections from those new Goblin wards you suggested. We just told them to be extra cautious and not leave unless absolutely necessary and use House-Elves to pop in and out. My dad is totally going to try and kill you though.", chuckled Tracey alongside Daphne.

"My parents live in China and there's no way Voldemort's followers have any influence there and our wards are some of the best in the world, but I sent an owl to keep an eye out. They're not going to be super happy with me either, but I'm not afraid anymore.", Su beamed.

"My mum and Angie's parents were planning on spending the next few months in South America on a Quidditch recruitment tour, with her acting as a guide since grew up there, so they should be safe for now. We sent them an owl to inform them of what happened, my mom's probably going to put you and me through the ringer with questions and Angie's parents would probably just be confused.", Alicia spoke with Angelina nodding along.

"My dad lives in America now that I've graduated and mum passed, but I warned him months ago to watch his back, though the Americans crack down on Dark Wizard activity far more than we do, with much more extreme results.", said Penny.

"My parents are essentially royalty in France, and my father runs the French DMLE, so our Manor is one of the most well-guarded homes in Europe with more protection wards than I can count, but I sent my House-Elf with a letter explaining everything this morning.", Fleur said.

"I got my mum and dad to agree to stay at Grimmauld Place, despite how much my mum loathes it, and she should be there now. God knows how much a lecture I'm in for tomorrow.", Tonks sighed.

"My parents also got to Grimmauld Place with the help of the grumpy-ass House-Elf of yours. Thank you for taking them in though, Harry.", Katie smiled.

Harry kissed her on the forehead, "No problem, Katie. Your folks were the only ones still in the country who didn't have a safe place to go, I just hope Sirius is making them comfortable and not making the news of their daughter eloping worse."

Tonks laughed loudly, "Oh no, that's totally what he's doing."

They all shared a chuckle until Harry got serious for a moment, "Well, you all stay down here until the evening feast and get comfortable with each other. There's one last thing I have to do."

Fleur raised an eyebrow, "Like what?"

Harry stopped walking without turning around, "To have a long overdue conversation with Dumbledore."
