Mist lays on her cheek as she slowly regains consciousness. When she opened her eyes to peek at what was in front of her, she found herself in front of a huge bridge.
Fog fills the area, making it harder for her to see anything besides the giant bridge.
When glancing upward, she finds the moon shining brightly upon her. Despite it being so foggy, she could clearly see the moon.
She slowly gathered herself, making her way towards the bridge. Something was drawing her to walk to the middle of the bridge.
Could this possibly be the strong urge of death telling her to walk to the other side?
She shook off that thought and slowly made her way up the giant bridge. When she stepped onto it, it moved as if reacting to her.
Her hand naturally leaned on the rails protecting her from falling into the abyss underneath the bridge.
With each step, she felt safer. This encouraged her to keep walking. But her eyes couldn't help but to look at the darkness below the bridge.
Her curiosity came to an end when she reached the middle of the bridge, staring longingly at the shining moon.

Ziyi can hear the sound of water dripping one after one.
In front of her was a still scene of nothing but a bridge with mist covered all over.Ziyi finds herself laying in the shallow water,but unbelievably she wasn't wet.Is this a dream?
Ziyi gets up to her feet and makes her way toward the bridge. Something was drawing her to it, a sense of urgency arose within her body.Ziyi quickly made out a figure standing in the middle of the bridge-the figure looked oddly familiar.
"Yeline?" Raina muttered.
"Raina?!" She screamed out the familiar voice resonating through the misty air.
Raina quickly ran to her," What happened?! Why are you here?! Why are we here!"
"How would I know? We died from a plane crash and now we're here." She held tightly onto her sister. Though with the same face, she had on historical clothes.
Raina gathered herself up," Okay.Where are you right now? I'm at a cold place, a very snowy one.Uhhh they called it the Xuěyǐng Jiè empire-"
"I'm somewhere near the sea. I'm not sure where specifically." She closed her eyes and tried to remember. If any of Yahui's memories were to come she needs the important one.
Raina took another deep breath," Certainly this is not a dream.I could feel everything…well not now,but I think something might have had happened".
"I can't think of anything scientifically possible that can explain this situation."
Raina turns toward the bridge," I don't know about you,but something weird happened.There are these clusters of unfamiliar memories that don't belong to me but someone else."
"Right. It's as if we are not who we are. I think we are in possession of their bodies."
Raina nodded,"Most likely,but the question is why? How!"
"I'm not sure but if we come together, maybe we have to go back together. Do you think those other people in the plane crash are also experiencing the same things?"
Raina said," I don't know…(thinks for a minute) Wait! I notice that the necklace is still with us!Is yours still with you?!"
"That weird thing? Yeah, when I awoke, it was because the necklace was burning."
Raina frowned," Maybe this is the only thing connecting us together? Why else would we still have it? This world seems too bizarre and I have a feeling we might not be on Earth anymore,maybe in a different dimension."
"That is very obvious, I've thought maybe a parallel world could support this but it doesn't make sense how we got here. Also, how am I meeting you like this? What allowed this?"
Raina pondered," Don't you have a feeling like this is all too new yet familiar? I met a guy named Ah Fu,but I just don't know where I heard that name."
"Ah Fu? (thinks for a sec) Xuěyǐng Jiè empire? Those clusters of memories. Do you know who they belong to?"
Raina nodded," Her name is Feng Ziyi."
"You remember that one novel we wrote?"
Raina processed Yeline's word," Is that it?! A novel! We've been transmigrated into a novel?! Is that why—"
"I'm Feng Yahui. Am I even a character? There's no mention of me?"
Raina shakes her head," I don't know,but Ah Fu was indeed a character in the novel and, so was Ziyi…What's more there's three empires,Yeline! Three-cold,desert,and normal.You came up with that idea remember!"
"Maybe I'm just never mentioned. The only question I have is how are we supposed to get out of here? This is a novel. What happens if it ends? Do we just vaporize into nothing?"
Raina said," That I also do not know,but everything seems too real."
"Maybe the novel hasn't started yet. Maybe we were sent here to do something? Or maybe we've gone crazy and we are hallucinating this. I just want to get out of here."
Raina turned to Yeline," It's too coincidental to be just a hallucination.Ziyi,the owner of this body was trying to kill herself just like the novel and guess what.She was saved by Ah Fu just like in the novel too."
"Doesn't that mean that the story hasn't fully progressed? That happened before the beginning of the novel, right?"
Raina nodded," I think so.Maybe, it's best we just watch as more things unfold, that way we can confirm if this is truly a novel or something else".
"But you are a supporting character, doesn't that mean you have to do what was done? As for me, I'm nothing to the story. Don't you have to pretend to be Ziyi?"
Raina shakes her head," No, I'm not.I'm scared if I pretend to be her, I might really follow the original plot.I'm just going to act normal,I don't think it's going to change much,but if it does then that mean you and I can do something."
"I don't know how we met up today but we need to find each other."
Raina agrees," Yes,but that's going to be hard.You say you're somewhere near the sea,is there anything else that stands out? My location is just all snowy mountains,I still have no idea where that is,but according to the novel, Ah Fu lives somewhere near the East side of the Xuěyǐng Jiè empire..that means it'll be hard to get to you."
"I'll dig for more information. I don't know if we will meet in a dream like this again, so let's find our way and try to meet each other. Maybe in the normal empire? Where there's less conflict?"
Raina said," That's going to be hard, it's been quite snowy and windy these past few days.I'm afraid it's going to take a long time, and you don't even know where you are."
"Well, this surely will take us long. How about we set a time limit to try and get everything in order? Maybe 6 or 7 months?"
Raina agrees," Maybe…but for now just try to survive."
Before Yeline could answer,everything started collapsing and went into total darkness.
