Shouts filled the air as Tyler's voice bounced off the walls of the cell block. Three guards struggled to hold him down, eventually pushing him into a surprisingly warm, empty cell. He quickly tried to escape through the door, but a taser hit him, slamming him against the wall. One of the guards carelessly tossed him some food before leaving, leaving Tyler alone for about an hour.

Leaning against the soft, mossy wall, Tyler rested his arms on his knees and shouted "FOR FUCK SAKES.." He usually calmed himself with a cigarette, but the guards had taken his things. As he searched his pockets, to his utter delight he found a pack of cigarettes they had missed.

"oh thank fuck a smoke!" Excitedly, he lit one, only to realize he had lost his lighter, which added to his annoyance.

Out of the darkness, a voice broke the silence, followed by the sound of metal clattering as something slid into Tyler's cell. "mind if I pinch one?" Lachlan said cheerfully yet quietly. Tyler lit his cigarette and handed the lighter back, shouting, "So much for being locked up – LOCKLEY?!" He quickly moved away from the wall, rushing toward the cell doors.

Tyler inhaled deeply from his cigarette, leaning his arms against the cell bars to get a clearer view of his old friend Locky. As the haze in his vision cleared, he noticed the tears in Locky's eyes, struggling to maintain a cheerful expression. "Locky, you have no idea how much this means to me, man, fuck me OMFG YOUR HERE!, YOUR REALLY HERE" Tyler said, his voice trembling with emotion. He wiped his own tears away, gazing at the man he respected deeply, someone who had stood by him through many tough times back home.

They began to share stories about their lives, discussing the highs and lows they had faced. Locky recounted his sudden arrival in the unfamiliar world of Rome, describing it as a shocking experience. "One moment I was outside my house, and the next, I found myself in Rome, unsure if anyone even knew I was missing..." The locals had reacted with fear, attacking him with weapons. "It felt like they were children trying to restrain me, so I fought back of course. However, I was soon overpowered by a "slave master," who marked me as a slave."

Lachlan revealed the strange mark on his chest, just above his heart, now one of the debuffs to having such a mark means Lachlan can't just up and leave on his own, he would need the command of his owner.. this just igniting a surge of anger in Tyler. He gripped the metal bars tightly, feeling the weight of his friend's grim fate. Although both had experienced violence in their pasts, Tyler had been thrust into a harsh survival mode from a young age, constantly hiding and fighting against the terrifying creatures of this new world.

But with his lifelong friend, they both found themselves ensnared in a sprawling dungeon beneath a grand Roman arena, (basically they insides a dungeon and to escapes they need to travel upwards), a place that held both captured warriors and terrifying creatures. Lachlan informed Tyler that they needed to climb thirty-one levels to find their way out. "So, this place has dungeons like in video games?" Tyler asked, feeling a mix of confusion and thrill.

Lachlan confirmed, "To escape, we need to reach the upper floors." Tyler pondered for a moment, focusing on his makeshift gadget. "I have a plan," he said with a smirk, cracking his knuckles before smashing through the door. "I was saving this key, but if I can break through, you can too." He tossed the key to Lachlan, and they set off on their escape.

In the dimly lit corridors of the Roman dungeon, the two men moved cautiously, equipped with heavy weapons and tattered clothing. One wielded a large two-handed cleaver, instilling fear, while the other carried a powerful Warhammer known as the Titans Hammer. As they navigated the twisting paths, they exchanged light-hearted banter, effortlessly taking down any guards and creatures that stood in their way.

The guards they encountered were not particularly skilled, but the duo faced a significant challenge when they aimed to descend five levels in just four hours. This ambitious target tested both their physical endurance and strategic thinking. Their earlier choice to use the elevator to reach the first floor resulted in an unforeseen confrontation with 78 guards, compelling them to create a bold escape plan that required them to fight through the throng.

In the midst of the escape chaos, Tyler assisted a fellow inmate, a Nordic man, while Lachlan engaged the guards. This Nordic man quickly became an important ally, providing crucial insights about their next steps. He encouraged Tyler to seek a boat to Germany and entrusted him with a letter for a military general at the docks, expressing his appreciation for the assistance he received during their flight.

Taken aback by the unexpected developments, Tyler reflected on the significance of the letter and the journey ahead. He felt thankful for the new alliance and the chance to gain their freedom, setting the stage for an exciting new adventure.

- several fucking hours later -

Tyler and Lachlan were exhausted after their long journey through the floors of the dungeon. Starting from the 31st floor, they had managed to make it to the 27th floor in just several hours. Despite this progress, both of them were feeling the weight of their fatigue and decided it was time to set up camp.

They found a spot next to an open fire, with the midnight moon casting its ethereal glow through the cracks and gaps of the dungeon walls. As the sparks from the fire danced in the air, the two friends sat together, engaged in conversation.

Tyler, unable to contain his excitement, turned to Lachlan and asked if he wanted to see something cool. Lachlan, intrigued, invited Tyler to sit beside him and show him what he had in store. Tyler began to explain that during his time in the Akame world, he had transformed his phone into a pit-boy of sorts it poorly crafted but, a device with various features to aid them in their journey.

He eagerly showcased the mini map, the bounty wall, and the main map, all designed to guide them through the dungeon. Tyler couldn't help but express his delight as he demonstrated his invention, his gestures reflecting his enthusiasm.

Lachlan and Tyler stood in awe, their eyes wide as they took in the breathtaking scene before them. Their wonder was abruptly shattered by a jarring sound that cut through the air. The heavy thud of metal striking stone reverberated around them, sending a wave of unease through their bodies. Instinctively, they turned to see what had caused the noise, revealing a massive figure emerging from the shadows, radiating both strength and intimidation.

This towering figure was draped in brilliant white armour, which sharply contrasted with the lush green moss covering the ground. The armour gleamed brightly, yet it bore the scars of many battles, each mark a testament to its survival and struggles. The weapon it carried, a menacing blade, glinted ominously, stained with the traces of past conflicts, suggesting a long history filled with violence and triumph.

As the imposing figure moved closer, the tension in the air thickened. Lachlan and Tyler felt a blend of fear and intrigue as they absorbed the scene, struggling to comprehend the reality of what they faced. The striking contrast between the figure's majestic armour and the grim signs of its violent history created a powerful image, one that would remain etched in their minds long after this moment had passed.

With a mighty swing of its weapon, a gust of wind swept through the air, causing Tyler and Lachlan's hair to stand on end. The beast cracked its neck, emitting a bone-chilling laugh that seemed to come from the depths of hell itself. Just as it was about to unleash a deafening roar, it suddenly vanished, leaving only a blinding flash in its wake.

In the blink of an eye, the knight reappeared, charging towards Tyler with lightning speed. Overwhelmed by a mix of fear and shock, Tyler found himself unable to move for the first time. But Lachlan, with lightning-fast reflexes, managed to block the strike just in time, summoning his massive Warhammer to aid him in the battle. Taking a defensive stance, Lachlan prepared to face the formidable opponent.

"Fucking Christ! I didn't even see it!" Tyler exclaimed, his voice trembling with fear and stress. Gathering his courage, he quickly regained his composure and joined the fight, engaging the enemy in hand-to-hand combat.

Nevertheless, the connection between them was severed; the knight, donned in a suit of armour, swiftly seized Tyler by the midsection, his grasp and swiftness so astonishing that Tyler couldn't even muster a reaction to such immense strength. With an incredible force, Tyler was hurled several meters away.

His body flailing like a ragdoll until it collided with the unforgiving walls of the dungeon, creating a resounding impact. As Tyler descended rapidly from the point of impact, he felt the warm taste of blood fill his mouth, a stark reminder of the violence he had just endured.

He shook off the disorientation from the fall and focused, regaining control of his body. With a surge of determination, he sprinted back toward Lachlan, who was locked in a fierce battle, swinging a two-handed cleaver with intense ferocity against his foe.

The knight displayed impressive skill, skillfully blocking each of Lachlan's fierce attacks, proving his combat expertise. Lachlan, however, was relentless, delivering a rapid succession of powerful blows with his massive hammer, each strike echoing like thunder as it met the knight's great sword. The sound of their weapons clashing filled the air, highlighting the fierce nature of their fight. In a brief moment of error, Lachlan left himself vulnerable, giving the knight a crucial opportunity.

Taking advantage of this opening, the knight launched a strong punch aimed at Lachlan's midsection, sending him flying through the air. As Lachlan soared away, Tyler faced the daunting challenge of confronting the knight alone, preparing himself for the significant battle that awaited him.

The battle had just begun, raging fiercely in the dark depths of the dungeon. Each clash of steel and frantic movement added to the chaos surrounding them. The knight, a towering figure in heavy armor, stood firm, but his strikes lacked the power to bring his opponent down. Nearby, the hunter fought bravely but was close to exhaustion. His cries echoed in the stone chamber as he struggled against the knight's relentless attack, feeling a chilling fear from the knight's imposing presence.

Amid the chaos, Tyler felt overwhelmed by the knight's unyielding assault. He shouted urgently to his friend, "Locky, get up! I'm in trouble here!" His voice mixed desperation with determination, showing his resolve to confront the giant warrior. As he dropped his cleaver onto the cobblestones, he quickly shifted into a boxing stance, readying himself for the fight, his resolve growing even as pain coursed through him.

With a sudden surge of energy, the knight drove his great sword into the ground, the sound reverberating ominously as he charged at the hunter. He unleashed a rapid series of punches, his relentless attack pushing the hunter to the brink of defeat in mere moments.

In a bid to turn the tide, the hunter unleashed a left hook, cleverly transitioning into a spinning high kick. This daring move, though fraught with risk, landed a significant blow on the armoured giant, sparking a glimmer of hope in the midst of the fray. Despite the minimal damage, the knight retaliated with a storm of punches, prompting the hunter to flash a defiant grin. "FFFUCKKK YOUU!" Tyler shouted, demonstrating his remarkable agility as he evaded the knight's strikes.

Despite his best efforts, the hunter couldn't land a second solid hit, resorting to a game of cat and mouse that lasted nearly 35 minutes.

Seizing an opportunity to land a even a single hit, the hunter dashed back to his cleaver, kicking it up into the air in a skilled maneuver. He then unleashed a powerful spinning kick, launching the weapon towards the knight. The cleaver struck the knight's arm, slicing between the gap in his left shoulder, but to the hunter's surprise, there was no blood. However, the impact had hindered the knight's ability to wield his great sword.

Lachlan, Tyler's friend, had been knocked unconscious earlier but now awoke to the ongoing battle. Seeing Tyler holding his own, Lachlan cracked his neck, shoulders, and arms, drawing the knight's attention. The knight then seized Tyler by the neck and threw him to the ground, pressing his foot down with added pressure. Lachlan, sensing the immense, almost suffocating aura emanating from the knight.

charged forward, summoning his Titan's Hammer and swinging it with one arm like a baseball bat. The attack connected, stunning the knight momentarily, allowing Lachlan to follow up with a shield-like bash, pushing the knight's foot off Tyler. Lachlan then kicked Tyler to the side-lines, away from the fight, before summoning his Reaper's Edge, a unique weapon Tyler had not yet seen.

The weapon seemed drawn to the chain, hooking onto the shackle around Lachlan's wrist. With the weapon now in hand, Lachlan threw Reaper's Edge, the blade catching the knight's neck and pulling him closer. Lachlan then summoned the Titan's Hammer, swinging the massive weapon like a bat and sending the knight rag dolling across the dungeon floor.

Momentarily stunning the knight, Lachlan held out both weapons, slamming them together in a perfect combination that spawned hellfire from the collision. Tyler watched in awe as the two deadly blades appeared.

Through the thickening fog, Lachlan swung the blood-hungry blades in perfect synchronicity, cleaving the smoke as he wielded his trump card.

"Colossal's Execution!"

In the midst of chaos and destruction, Tyler struggled to breathe, the toll of the fierce battle weighing heavily on his battered body. The relentless assault from the strange mob and a crushing blow to his stomach from Lachlan had left him severely injured and exhausted.

Despite the intense pain that seemed to grow with each moment, Tyler's determination to stand firm sparked a flicker of hope in the other man. Every part of him urged him to give in, his tired muscles pleading for rest, yet this fierce resolve represented a fundamental trait of humanity—the unyielding human spirit.

With a primal scream escaping his lips, Tyler readied himself for action, adopting a runner's stance. The destruction he had caused was evident, but he refused to retreat. He charged at Lachlan, delivering a powerful upward kick that sent his opponent flying, then quickly grabbed a weapon, focusing on the armoured figure ahead.

The battle raged on, with Tyler pushing himself to his absolute limits, fully aware that his energy was fading fast. The knight, despite showing signs of exhaustion, skilfully maneuverer his massive sword, countering every one of Tyler's attacks with impressive precision. Each block and powerful swing was designed to wear Tyler down even more, as the knight fought with fierce determination to secure his victory.

Amidst the turmoil, Lachlan sprang into action, launching a rapid series of strikes with his chained blades, increasing their speed with each movement. Spotting an opportunity, he sent one of the blades flying toward the knight, who was too focused on Tyler's efforts to notice the incoming danger. The blade struck true, severing the knight's already injured arm and creating a moment of shock that left him exposed and vulnerable.

As the knight's severed arm flew through the air toward Lachlan, the dynamics of the fight shifted dramatically. Lachlan readied himself for another attack, but before he could make his move, a horrifying scene unfolded.

Blood sprayed across the battlefield as the knight's arm began to regenerate, dark mist swirling ominously around the wound. In a terrifying instant, the knight struck out, leaving Tyler in disbelief as he witnessed the brutal fate of his ally. Overcome with despair, Tyler felt his heart sink, and in that moment of sheer panic, he sensed his own life slipping away.

In a desperate attempt to persist in this futile struggle, Tyler braced himself, adrenaline coursing through his veins. His thoughts spiralled, fixated on a singular command: "fight." With each stomp, the ground trembled beneath him, cracks spreading like the pain that consumed him. He surged forward, driven by a fierce determination, but it was all in vain; the knight had already torn his heart from his chest, leaving a trail of his essence to seep away, extinguished in an instant.

As Tyler sank to his knees, the weight of defeat bore down on him. The knight's voice cut through the air, calm yet laced with disdain. "You were never meant to exist, star child, nor was he. Your choices are irrelevant now; soon, you will be nothing." The finality in his tone sent a chill through Tyler, a stark reminder of the inevitable.

With those chilling words, the knight brought his foot crashing down, sealing Tyler's fate. In that moment, all hope faded, leaving only the echo of a battle lost and a life extinguished. The ground swallowed his spirit, and the world around him dimmed, marking the end of a struggle that had never truly begun.
