Chapter 10 – The Opening of the Dimensional Gate

The planet Ephyria was still desolate and silent. Its land was arid, surrounded only by rocky mountains and untouched valleys. But beneath its surface, the stirrings of life were beginning. Here, far beyond the known galaxy, Kenthelion Celestus had chosen to forge a new path—one that would connect this world to a dimension it had never seen before.

Above him, in a headquarters protected by a giant energy shield, Archmagos Dominus Belisarius Cawl checked the latest data settings, his attention focused on the device being activated. "The final process has begun, Your Majesty," he said in a calm, calculating tone. "While we have made significant progress, we must anticipate all eventualities. Stability calculations are still underway."

Kenthelion stared at the large screen before him, where a map of an unexplored dimension was beginning to appear. "Finish the job, Cawl," Kenthelion replied in a firm voice, but with a hint of a smile on his lips. "There is no time to retreat. A new world awaits us."

General Sturnn stood tall on the other side, his sharp eyes surveying the preparations of the troops that were ready. "The conquest force is ready. All units are coordinated, Your Highness," he said with conviction. "However, I must warn you, there may be more resistance than we think."

Kenthelion nodded, watching the movements of the troops that were preparing. "We will not retreat, General. Remember, we are the first to walk this path. Any threats will be eliminated decisively."

Commissar Sebastian Yarrick, who stood near General Sturnn, crossed his arms, his eyes sharp as he assessed the situation. "Disciplined troops are key, Your Highness. I will ensure that all units remain under full control. There is no room for doubt."

Kenthelion smiled faintly, slightly impressed by Yarrick's decisiveness. "I entrust everything to you. There is no room for failure."

Meanwhile, Magos Explorator Delphan Gruss closely monitored the status of the portal opening. "All configurations are complete, Your Highness. This dimensional gate will take us to an unknown world, but we have ensured that all access points are secure."

Biological Magos Lirae approached, adding in a deep voice, "We must be careful. The world we are about to face could be teeming with life unknown to us. There could be lifeforms or even unexpected biological threats. I have prepared protocols to keep our troops safe."

Kenthelion listened intently. "Lirae, if there is a biological threat, we will deal with them according to our tactics. Ensure that medical units are ready for any eventuality."

With a snap of command, Tech-Priest Dominus Grevan reported. "Portal has been connected to the intended dimension. Energy is stable. We are ready to open the way."

Kenthelion stood up straight, his hand raised. "Open the gate, now."

All the systems around him began to crackle and groan, the large screens beginning to show strange movements between dimensions. The vast energy that had previously been hidden was now being released, forming a ring of energy that circled the space. From within it, a flash of blue light split the darkness.

"The gate is open," said Belisarius Cawl, smiling slightly, though with a calculating expression. "We have succeeded in connecting our world to a new dimension. However, we must move immediately."

Kenthelion stared at the open gate before him, another dark and untouched world visible beyond the light. "Begin expansion," said Kenthelion in a voice full of determination.

General Sturnn immediately moved forward. "Conquest troops, advance!" His firm command echoed throughout the area, and the troops ready to advance began to move toward the dimensional gate.

Kenthelion looked out at the unknown world with eyes full of ambition. "This world will be ours. Once we conquer this world, we will expand our Imperium even further."

The portal was now a path to a new destiny. And beyond the gate, a dark and threatening world awaited to be explored and conquered. Kenthelion Celestus, along with his troops, stepped into the new world, prepared for any eventuality, and ready to face whatever came their way.
