He gasped. The mist in the chamber no longer felt external. He sensed lingering ripples of qi in the walls, and sharper than all the watchful gaze of his master's clone upon him.
"The Chong Mai connects deeply into the organs and dantian… the Dai Mai seals it from spilling outward…" Yu Xuan thought in awe.
His eyes opened, glowing faintly.
"Spirit sense…" he whispered.
His master's lips curved faintly into a smile.
The Great Heavenly Cycle had stabilized. The twelve primary meridians and four extraordinary vessels flowed as one.
His body was no longer a vessel for borrowed qi, it had become its own world.
