The air shifted, and the stench of damp stone gave way to something faintly sweet, and almost floral.
Then the tunnel opened into another cavern.
Noah stepped inside and stopped.
They stood before him. The unbelievable sight that was a small herd of unicorns.
Their coats shimmered under the faint light of the bioluminescent moss, white as snow, and their horns glowed with a soft silver luminescence.
Their manes flowed like liquid starlight, hooves gleaming as they pawed at the ground.
They were… beautiful. Too beautiful.
