Kakashi looked at the flying metal puppet and recognised it as the so-called power armour of Tony Stark.
The suit was red and gold, made entirely of metal. He had read files about it and even seen videos about it during the Stark expo.
That armour could go toe to toe with a jonin-level shinobi. Its weapons could level a small shinobi village in minutes. It could fly faster than most summons.
Kakashi imagined what would happen if the great hidden villages ever got their hands on something like that. Even genin and normal civilians would turn the shinobi wars into complete chaos if they wore such a suit of armor. One kid with a Stark suit could probably take out an entire platoon before lunch.
And Suna could improve their puppets destructiveness by a lot. He felt a chill down by his spine by thinking about Sasori using such puppets.
Tony Stark stared back at Kakashi from inside the helmet. He spoke quietly to his AI. "Jarvis, play the feed when this man arrived."
The replay showed Kakashi and Natasha stepping out of a swirling black vortex.
Jarvis spoke in his calm British voice. "There is no doubt about it, sir. A fracture in space appeared and closed right after they stepped through."
Tony frowned. Creel had not been lying when he said the man could teleport. Tony still refused to believe it was pure teleportation.
It had to be technology or a mutation due to some scientific force. He saw no visible devices on Kakashi. No glowing gauntlets, no wires, nothing.
The only strange thing was the eye which might be a mutation. The eyes spun with a red shuriken pattern. That had to be the Sharingan Creel kept talking about.
Tony felt a cold shiver run down his spine when the pattern moved. He hated not understanding how things worked. Magic was not an acceptable answer. Jutsu was not an acceptable answer. There had to be science behind it.
He looked at the giant blue skeletal arm holding Abomination like a toy. The energy construct was massive and solid. Tony ran quick calculations in his head. That thing had to be burning energy equal to at least half a dozen arc reactors every minute. Maybe more. The power output was insane.
No normal human body should be able to produce that kind of energy without melting. Tony wanted blueprints. He wanted scans. He wanted answers.
Kakashi ignored the staring contest. He had bigger problems. He heard thunder booming outside and heavy thumps that shook the entire Helicarrier. Blonsky struggled inside the Susanoo's grip, but the blue hand did not move an inch.
Kakashi turned to Creel. "Report."
Creel spat blood and grinned through the pain. "Hulk and Blonsky got touched by Loki's glowing stick. Same with Hawkeye. They are somehow being controlled by Loki. They are not answering to our words and started attacked everyone. Thor showed up and is wrestling Hulk right now. Captain America is still alive, which shocked me too. He is trying to calm Hawkeye down, but it is not going great."
Kakashi raised an eyebrow. "Why is Loki here?"
"No idea exactly," Creel said. "But he grabbed the Tesseract and vanished. God knows why he wants a glowing box that can power a whole country."
Kakashi nodded slowly. Exactly as he suspected. Loki was working for Thanos. The Mad Titan wanted the Space Stone inside the Tesseract. That meant Loki would not be alone for long.
Thanos would send backup or has already sent it. And Amora was still out there somewhere. Kakashi made a mental note to watch out for that 'glowing stick'.
Mind control was dangerous, but knocking everyone unconscious usually broke the spell. It was a simple and effective solution.
Another thought hit him. Captain America was alive. The World War Two hero. Kakashi had read the old files.
'So a fairy tail hero is alive. And according to Creel, he is fighting Clint. Should not he be like around 100+ years old? If I remember correctly, he is a super soldier so that might play a role.' Kakashi thought
He had been gone from Earth for a few days and suddenly aliens were attacking, mind control as real, and a seventy-year-old folk tale was running around with a shield.
He almost asked about Fury's condition, then decided not to bother. Fury would be fine. The man was too slippery to die. He would probably crawl out of a ventilation shaft later and glare at everyone.
Fury would never died without first increasing Kakashi's workload by at least three missions. He was sure of that and he knew the man likely had backup plans for a backup plan.
Kakashi turned his attention to Blonsky. The Abomination was still growling and thrashing inside the Susanoo's grip as he tried to get himself free.
A quick knock-out would fix the problem. Kakashi raised the Susanoo's free hand to give a knock out strike to Blonsky.
Before he could do so though, the wall behind him exploded outward. A green freight train of pure rage burst through. Hulk's massive fist slammed into the Susanoo with the force of a meteor.
The entire Helicarrier shook violently. Metal groaned. Alarms screamed. Kakashi felt the impact travel through the energy construct and into his own body. His feet slid back several inches across the floor.
Kakashi stared at the raging green monster and thought, 'Is it me or is Hulk stronger than before?'
