Bella Green looked at the cake being offered to her, momentarily stunned, then took a step back.
Seeing the girl's reaction, the man's brow furrowed slightly, his arm still extended, not withdrawing.
After a while, he slowly lowered it: "Would you like to have the matcha one?"
"What are you doing here?" Bella Green said coldly.
After speaking, she silently cursed herself.
Anna Green had mentioned that Ariana is a good friend of Bellamy Homes, so Vivian Thornecroft being here wasn't surprising.
But it was the man's actions that were odd.
Bella Green turned to leave, not wanting to get entangled with him.
"Are you so eager to avoid me upon seeing me?"
The chilling voice made Bella Green stop and turn her head.
She saw the man taking the cake and slowly eating it, bite by bite.
Bella Green frowned, remembering that Vivian Thornecroft never liked sweets, much less cake.
