"Mom, what do you mean by this?" Mason Wilson's face turned serious upon hearing his mother's words. "Who are these other people you're talking about?"
Old Mrs. Wilson, seeing her son angry, had to compromise: "Alright, alright, pretend I didn't say anything. Who exactly upset your sister so much that she ended up in the hospital?"
When her son grew up and got married, he no longer saw her in his eyes. Alas, how unfortunate her life was.
For the sake of family harmony, she had to swallow her grievances and choose to bear the consequences.
"No one upset her, she just..." Mason Wilson's words hadn't finished when an old voice interrupted sternly, "Nonsense!"
Old Mrs. Wilson came over with a stern face and questioned, "If no one upset your sister, how could she fall ill? How many years has it been since her illness last flared up? If it wasn't because someone upset her, did she just run to the hospital out of boredom?"
