After James Reed finished speaking, he turned and left, leaving the crowd whispering among themselves.
The shareholders of Seymour Corporation quietly asked Ralap Lee, "Do you think what James Reed said is believable?"
Ralap Lee snorted, dismissively saying, "Whether it's believable or not makes no difference to us."
"How can it be the same? If we can collaborate with Peace Corporation, profits will definitely soar, but if we can't..."
"It'll just be like it is now." Ralap Lee laughed indifferently, "Isn't the current money enough for you?"
The shareholder laughed awkwardly, "Enough is enough, but who ever complains about having too much money?"
"That's why I said it makes no difference to us. But for James Reed, it's a different story." Ralap Lee tapped his fingers on the table with a meaningful smile, "The future of the Seymour Family hinges on this. Do you think James Reed won't go all out?"
A few shareholders of Seymour Corporation chuckled and nodded in agreement.
