"Their chairman must be here." James Reed naturally noticed Ethan Seymour's confusion and explained in a low voice.

Of course, Peace Corporation was about to sign a contract with Clark Corporation, so why would the chairman of Peace Corporation be in his office? He'd definitely be here.
