"No." Charles Seymour shook his head, "Your parents are coming over for dinner later."
"Eh... my parents aren't having their alone time?" Sophie Wilson asked curiously.
"Today is the 31st." Charles Seymour explained, "Tomorrow marks the start of a new year."
"Oh, New Year's Day." Sophie Wilson finally realized and said with a smile, "I don't really feel much about New Year's Day, only remember the Spring Festival."
Charles Seymour held her hand: "From now on, we'll spend every holiday together."
Sophie Wilson stared at Charles Seymour, then reached out and pinched his arm, "wailed": "Mr. Seymour, don't always be so emotional out of nowhere, you're making me feel so moved, hey hey... I can't take it."
Charles Seymour reached out, gently touched her head, and coaxed her: "Change your clothes and wash your hands, your parents are coming soon."
"Oh." Sophie Wilson obediently turned around, was about to leave, but suddenly stopped, turned her head back to look at Charles Seymour.
