Sophie Wilson sighed softly as she looked at Old Mr. Wilson, whose face was flushed with anger, and said, "Old Mr. Wilson, you seem quite energetic. If there's nothing else, we'll head back. These tricks of feigning illness shouldn't be used lightly; after all, if you cry wolf too much, the one who suffers will ultimately be yourself."

What Sophie said only made Old Mr. Wilson even more furious: "Mason didn't even come to see me!"

Crying wolf had indeed alerted the villagers, but did Mason visit him when he was hospitalized?

How could Sophie blatantly lie like this?

"Well, there's nothing I can do. Your daughter upset my father, and my father needs to rest too." Sophie said helplessly, lightly shifting the blame to Emerie and the person behind her.
