Liora agreed upon hearing what she said.
Just as she hung up the phone, Charles's call came in.
"Lucy, the Second Highness is here, wants to see me, he's waiting outside the door, do you want to come over?"
Lucy thought for a moment and replied, "Sure, I'll head over right away."
She didn't want Charles to be misunderstood by Emma because of her. He had helped her, and she didn't want to get him into trouble.
She had already guessed the reason for Emma's visit.
She was afraid they'd discovered she wasn't a maid for the Palmer Family.
Now that they had detected her lie, they probably suspected she was that female secret agent.
So she felt it was necessary to step forward and clarify.
"Who called?"
"Charles. He said Emma went to look for him, and I must explain this matter."
