Demon Hunting Contest.
This is a traditional project for training the Cultivators at the Mist Monastery, held once a month with very simple rules.
The participating members form teams of five and enter the Mist Mountains to hunt.
After eliminating the demons, they leave their exclusive materials as proof of their hunt, and the best team is ultimately rewarded.
The final prize isn't considered very valuable, but the winning team gets the opportunity to receive the award personally from the Archbishop, which is the true reward.
Honestly, it satisfies Herbert's need to hunt demons, but he's still not very satisfied.
His purpose for entering the Mist Mountains is not only to hunt but also to check on his base and see if anything new has appeared there.
If someone comes along, things could get very complicated.
He definitely can't tell them; he'll have to find a chance to sneak away and then rejoin the group after everything is over.
