Jiang Ruan licked her red lips and tentatively asked, "Can you wait until I take a shower at home before you... massage me?"
The man replied without hesitation, "No."
"Oh." Jiang Ruan was a bit disappointed, then lightly hummed, "Well, let's drive home then."

Anyways, for now, she has a slight obsession with cleanliness too.
The car started, and after this interaction, neither of them spoke on the road.
They ended up having a little tiff out of nowhere.
When they passed a traffic light, Jiang Ruan noticed they weren't taking the route home. She turned to the man and asked, "Not going back?"
Bao Ye held the steering wheel, took a quick glance at her, and said softly, "Taking you out to eat."
"We'll go back after eating."
Jiang Ruan replied, "Oh."
Then she said no more.
The car swayed gently, making her drowsy. The seat was just too comfortable, soft like half-lying on a sofa.
Jiang Ruan soon fell asleep.
