Chapter 49 - Chapter 46: An Ya's Gratitude

If the camp residents had finally chosen to stand up without fear, Andrew was somewhat mentally prepared.

But the scene before his eyes — the people from the Living People Cemetery arriving under the leadership of An Ya — was something Andrew couldn't have predicted in advance!

"Except for An Ya, whose body lacks the 'Seed of the Water Spirit'...

The other patients from the Living People Cemetery, and the camp residents, gave me the same feeling, making me experience that peculiar 'sense of connection'!"

This time Andrew felt even clearer, "This peculiar 'sense of connection' is not my imagination! It's real!"

And because the 'Seed of the Water Spirit' in the patients' bodies was planted by Andrew when he expended a great amount of time and effort treating them earlier during the day, the connection with these people is even deeper than with the camp residents!

Humans are, after all, social animals.
