"Magic Power" refers to his own Water Magic Power.
"Territory" refers to Wildfire Town, which he naturally took over after defeating Humboldt, as well as its residents.
At this moment, upon infusing all his magic power into the "Gate of Enlightenment," Andrew suddenly sensed the location of Wildfire Town directly above him. He sensed all the townspeople who had experienced the "Rain of Enlightenment."
This sense itself was incredible.
Because this underground space is actually incredibly far from the surface, completely beyond the extension limits of "Water Spirit Sensing."
So Andrew was not sensing Wildfire Town above through Water Spirit Sensing.
Instead, it was through the "Gate of Enlightenment" in his Dantian, through "Enlightenment," through the invisible bond established with Wildfire Town the moment he liberated it, that he sensed it.
