Compared to the Flame Realm, the Outer Battlefield is not large, but it is definitely not small. Such a planetary scale, even for a strong individual from the Realm of Magic, or someone above the Mage, might not be able to extend their power to every corner of the planet.
Curiously, Andrew transformed his magic power into a fox tail—even though this isn't even a magic spell—and then "netted" the entire Outer Battlefield with the fox tail, seemingly unrestricted by distance, as if his will could reach wherever he intended!
Andrew's original intention was merely to strengthen the "resonance" with the Water Mages scattered around the battlefield, thereby further enhancing his combat power.
This goal was achieved successfully. With the resonance enhanced, Andrew indeed felt that his combat power increased from Tier Seven to the peak of Tier Seven, and then broke into Tier Eight.
But this was not the end.
