Francis Johnson listened, feeling warm inside, and after a while, he said, "Hmm, you're right, I have other matters to attend to, I'll go now."
Francis hung up the phone and, after thinking it over, still felt a bit worried, so he called Patrick, the true boss behind SSA Private Equity.
"Mr. Patrick, I have something to report to you," Francis said awkwardly, "It's about Kenneth Osborne from AI Vision Promise. Didn't we send him to mess things up during the Spencer Group's acquisition of Wayford Intelligence? He messed around for a while and then... bought into Wayford Intelligence, securing twenty percent of the shares. Will this cause trouble?"
On the other end, Patrick was bewildered for a moment and then burst out laughing: "Really? That kid is quite sharp. Alright, once I'm back from my business trip, I'll meet him. — He's got potential, let's see if we can nurture it."
Seeing that Patrick wasn't concerned, Francis breathed a sigh of relief.
