The men hiding behind the parked cars on either side exchanged glances and simply walked out from behind the cars.
Each held a foot-long watermelon knife in their hand.
The one leading them was the man who had drugged the woman at the bar earlier, and was tricked by Lawrence Winters into admitting he was "a scumbag."
He slapped the blade of the foot-long watermelon knife against his palm, grinning maliciously, "Since you're willing to risk yourself for a friend, you'll have to play with us instead today!"
He then slowly raised his hand, pointing the knife at Lawrence Winters' face, "Such a pretty face, what if I accidentally cut it? How would that be? Right? If you don't want scars, you better follow us obediently!"
Lawrence squinted and said, "You're so bold? Aren't you afraid there's surveillance here?"
The men snickered, winking, "Surveillance? How can we get things done if the cameras aren't disabled first?!"
