Three years ago, Pei Nianchen led troops deep into the snowy plains to eliminate a major criminal organization. They were caught in a sudden blizzard, and over a dozen people were trapped in the snow, struggling to survive.
Trapped for over ten days, unable to leave the snow, they could drink melted snow when thirsty, but without food, even the toughest warrior couldn't hold out.
Faced with the choice of life and death, right and wrong are hard to hold onto. The starving soldiers, driven to madness, executed their captives and hunted down a critically endangered national first-class protected animal, roasting and eating it.
