Upon reaching Cui City, Qian Qi realized how dire the situation was. The vast city was covered and buried by two gigantic Magic Plants, leaving no trace of its original appearance.
One plant occupied the northern city, with thick, dense roots firmly attached to the skyscrapers, giving no hint of the city's traces. On the trunk were clusters of brown-green canopies, dense and opaque with pink dual leaves, like a magnified lush thicket sprawling over half of Cui City.
The southern city was occupied by a dark yellow Magic Plant resembling giant earth polypores. Its surface, akin to a rock layer, had numerous nearly three-meter-wide holes, with the edges appearing sun-yellow. Inside was a layer of sunken membranes, accumulating a considerable amount of clear liquid, seemingly water absorbed from somewhere.
