Chen Che glanced thoughtfully at a certain place and saw a new beggar on the street, a beggar who was emaciated, with a sallow face, appearing like a soulless husk.
Like he had lost his soul.
In this state, he probably wouldn't survive two days on the streets before being handled as fuel thrown into the furnace.
Chen Che sensed the aura of Tahm emanating from this beggar.
"That fat catfish... sure had a feast."
Chen Che shook his head; he possessed some of Tahm's abilities and could feel the deep aura of depravity and sin from this person's broken body.
Since Tahm was eating according to his requests, he wouldn't overly govern Tahm.
The city was rife with wicked people anyway.
Perhaps if Tahm devoured a few sinful people, the Ninth Special Zone might become a better place, perhaps even bringing happiness to a few.
Whether that's true or not.
