Gu Xi realized that, in just a few days, the Pier District had undergone significant changes.
Originally, although the Pier District was near the riverbank, it was still on solid ground.
But now, before Gu Xi's eyes, it had transformed into streets and alleys of waterways, giving the impression not of a duplicate of Victoria City, but more like a replica of Water City Venice.
Even behind the Skeleton Sword Soldier Camp, there was a small pier, and at the pier, a few small wooden boats were moored.

"Not entirely, there's also the previously introduced Walrus Graveyard. When it was introduced, half a lake was brought in, turning the Pier District this way."
