Cheng Shishi wasn't being proactive enough; she sat at the very edge of the sofa and was soon ignored by everyone. She was a bit unhappy because it was her birthday, and everyone had come here to celebrate it. However, now it seemed everyone had turned into drinking buddies.
Her phone vibrated; it was a message from Bai Yiran saying she had arrived and asking where Cheng Shishi was.
So, Cheng Shishi got up to go get Bai Yiran inside.
"Shishi, where are you going?" Wang Zhenzhen asked.
Cheng Shishi's sudden rise finally drew the attention of those present.
She shook her phone and gestured outside, "My sister is here, I'm going to bring her in!"
Bai Yiran was waiting at the door and looked unhappy when she saw Cheng Shishi walk out. She asked what was happening and then understood what had occurred.
Cheng Shishi seemed a bit dispirited; she didn't want to stay there any longer. She planned to bring Bai Yiran in to meet the others briefly and then leave.
