Bai Yiran arrived at the company at five past eight. She had requested everyone to be there by ten past eight, and most of the team members were already present, except for Brother Zhou.
The team members were all staring at the clock, silently praying that Brother Zhou would show up soon, or else they would have to start work even earlier.
Finally, Brother Zhou strolled in right on time, and everyone sighed a breath of relief.
Xiao Zhang walked in holding a bouquet of flowers. Brother Zhou looked at Xiao Zhang with disdain, "Is it still for her?"
Xiao Zhang nodded and headed towards Bai Yiran's office.
"Huh! So unseemly..." Brother Zhou muttered, glancing at Bai Yiran's office, and then turned to his desk, booting up his computer.
Bai Yiran was surprised to see Xiao Zhang bring in the flowers, "Didn't I ask you to tell the florist not to deliver, even if someone placed an order?"
