Wang Hai knew that Bai Yiran must be present when he heard Leng Yichen say this, so he hung up the phone immediately.
"What happened?" Bai Yiran looked at Leng Yichen and asked.
"It's nothing." Leng Yichen smiled and wiped the soup stains off Bai Yiran's mouth with a napkin.
"Don't lie to me." Bai Yiran glared at him, "Every time you're upset, you do this!"
Saying so, Bai Yiran imitated knocking on the table with her fingers.
Leng Yichen was stunned, looking at his own hand still placed on the table. He casually raised his hand and pinched Bai Yiran's face.
"It really seems like you love me a lot, noticing even these little details."
To be honest, Leng Yichen hadn't even realized he had this little habit; it was probably subconscious, so he hadn't noticed at all. But Bai Yiran had noticed it and remembered.
It seems that he has to be careful in front of her in the future. At least, he shouldn't repeat this action, or she'd get suspicious.
