The words of Bai Yiran caused a flicker of emotion to pass through Xia Lian's otherwise ashen face.
Does Yiran still care about her? Shouldn't she hate her, shouldn't she wish her dead?

The Xia family was momentarily stunned, sensing a possible turn in the situation from Bai Yiran's words.
"What do you mean the Cheng family's daughter-in-law, aren't they going to divorce Xia Lian!" Father Xia spoke.
"Have they divorced? They are still legally married!" Bai Yiran sneered.
