Outside S University, on a street is a night market with a barbecue stall that does really well; eating barbecue, drinking beer, it doesn't cost much and has a great vibe. More often than not, it's groups of friends here, not exactly the romantic spot that attracts couples.
Today is the weekend and many students are out for a late-night snack. Right now, Yu Xiaodi is at one of the tables. Since her dad and mom are both at work or on business trips, going back would mean being alone, plus she was really looking forward to Li Yan taking her to the concert tonight, so she stayed on campus for the weekend. Even though Li Yan didn't manage to do it, the fact that he remembered it made her feel comforted.
