Aurelia walked past Jovana Shaw, the corner of her lips forming an arc and her eyes flashing with cold light, without stopping, and went straight to sit in front of the piano.

Her beautiful fingers brushed over the piano keys, with complex reflections shimmering in her eyes.

She didn't like to touch the piano, partly because of her mother, and another reason was that playing the piano always reminded her of Caspian.

She never blamed him for leaving without a word, and she knew he had his reasons. His companionship during childhood was her only good memory, and he was the only person who unconditionally pampered her and protected her.

Caspian played the piano very well; he taught her how to play when she was young. After he left, no matter how much she played, it felt dull, so she simply stopped playing altogether.

"Ding—" As soon as the piano sounded, the room instantly quieted down.
