Aurelia saw, to her surprise, that it was two sticks of sausages.
Mason used a knife to peel them open, placed both into her lunch box, and looking at the box in her hands, furrowed his brows, and said in a deep voice, "Make do with this for now."
Aurelia looked down at the three dishes and a piece of meat in her lunch box.

Aurelia added a sausage to his lunch box, "You're the patient here, you eat it."
Mason's brow furrowed, "I don't need to replenish with these."
Putting the sausage back in her lunch box, she turned around, back facing him, and continued eating.
