Mason Nightshade was browsing economic news on his phone, and put it away when he saw her coming out, a smile touching his lips as he said, "Nothing."
He stood up and grabbed Aurelia Shaw's hand, his fingers locking tightly into hers.
"Let's go."

Aurelia Shaw held two marriage certificates in her hands, glancing left and right, unable to stop the upward curve of her lips.
Mason pulled her onto his lap, his arms circling her from behind, and took the marriage certificate from her hands, casually placing it in the car's compartment.
"So happy?" Mason asked in a low voice, his thin lips curving upwards.
"I'm happy too," Mason added.
He leaned down to kiss the top of her head.
Aurelia opened her phone and took a look, her eyes lowered.
In the morning, she had sent Balthazar Shaw a message, but he hadn't replied.
Could it be that he hadn't seen it yet?
"What's wrong?" Mason seemed to notice her unease and asked in a low voice.
