"Would I not know if my woman was startled?" Mason Nightshade raised an eyebrow, his words immediately infuriating.
Viscount Zhou indeed got so angry that his eyebrows stood up.
Aurelia worried the two might start arguing again and quickly interjected, "Let's go inside."
Viscount Zhou, noticing footsteps following behind him, said, "You're following, isn't this against the rules?"
"And when you follow, it's within the rules?" Mason Nightshade retorted.
"Recently, I've been staying at the Parker Family's place as Aurelia's guest."
"Then I..."
Mason Nightshade opened his mouth to say something, but Aurelia spoke first. She really didn't want to witness the two continue bickering, knowing Viscount Zhou could never out-debate Mason Nightshade. "Mason, you should go back first. The Parker Family's probably in chaos, I'll go check on things."
Mason Nightshade didn't want to make things difficult for her, "Alright, I'll come to see you later."
